there is absolutely ZERO chance this man should be working on peoples eyes, have and maintain a medical license or perhaps even drive a car. RUDE, unprofessional, crude in all areas of patient care. His office staff, manager and billing department are completely uneducated, uninformed and should not be trusted with you personal financial information. WE have pending claims filed with the state now along with complaints filed against the manager with the States Attorney Generals Office for potential financial crimes.
One of the most hostile and entitled Drs. I know! He gave my mother a eye infection due to his unethical practices. He does not clean equipment nor does he wash his hands! Watch him he will not wash his hands! The worst Dr. Hes rude and does not have good bedside manner.
The visit was okay. The Dr. EISENBERG was low- key and not very patient friendly. Went to the Preston-Hollow location because I wasn't informed to go to the Irving office. Staff was alright, I expected more smiles. I suppose the Indians follow the lead of the Chief. Kudos to the pregnant staff member she win's the trophy for good smile and attitude lol!
