This was my first time with Dr Doht. He was great. I did not experience the front office issues that other people are claiming to have experienced. Sounds like they were personally upset about some uncontrollable factors. The front office communicated effectively. Even went above and beyond to help me understand what type of benefits I had with my insurance. Dr Doht did a great job of explaining things to me and I will be going back.

My healthcare provider sent me to him and its been nothing but a horror. He moved offices and no one changed it on the website so i wound up in brentwood, when he is in bay shore now. Made an appointment last week and now they say whole office has the flu. They cancelled only hours before the appointment. Did not reschedule. The lady at the desk has been nothing but rude the entire time. After having to call multiple times just to get through and leaving voicemails that dont get answered. The front desk girl Kayla is extremely rude. I simply called To ask about insurance information. She then told me this place in commack accepts my insurance and they actually did not. I proceeded to call again to ask for another phone number and she completely ignored my call. My boyfriend tried calling and she answered… I don’t understand who hired this woman to ignore patient calls. That’s ridiculous. I’m not even a patient here and I will never come here. Phone experience was the worst.

My appointment was cancelled, rescheduled but they didn’t seem to have me ‘in the book’. but 3 other people walked in seemed to be seen. then they can ‘try’ to get everything done in the next appointment. very unprofessional especially since i am soon losing my insurance

Definitely do not go here. We’ve been waiting on my moms crowns since July. It’s December. Very unprofessional and untimely. Had a cleaning appointment for her In October and they were closed. They NEVER answer there phone calls; they all go to voicemail. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.
