I never thought I’d call a dental visit “the best experience ever,” but it truly was. The office is beautiful and thoughtfully designed — from reception to the restroom, every detail makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I broke my crown on a Sunday afternoon and left their office a message about. They called me early Monday morning and asked me to come at 10 am and started the process of removing the still-attached piece of the crown and remaking the new crown. During the conversation with Dr. Scott and assistant Danielle, I learned that the new crown was being made on a 3-d printer at their office. This was my first visit with this practice and everyone was very nice and professional. I have high anxiety with having some dental work done and we talked about how sedation can be the best for people like myself. Gave me several options on the work needed with the cost. Very informative. Great first visit.
The staff at River Oaks are professional, genuinely caring and conservative with care. We are blessed that he chose our area for his firm. I have been with this office for many years and throughout all my past experiences, Dr Scott, by far is my favorite. I am moving 45 minutes away and committing to remaining with them.
