I made appt for a regular cleaning which my insurance covers twice a year. Once I arrived they wanted me to pay for a deep cleaning which I didn’t want or ask for. I am getting one in 6 weeks with my Ortho. They said I still had to pay for cancelling my appt. I never cancelled my appt they refused to do a regular cleaning. I don’t recommend this place at all.

I was always kind of skeptical as Dr. Salinas is a very big talker and over sharer. When I saw the news about the arrest, we moved to change dentist. We still had to get pending work done before moving. We went in for the last procedure, it was interesting... Dr. was definitely different. dr. rocky salinass fixed my tooth by finishing his work creating a crown then 6 months later I had a pin size cavity under the crown causing excrushiating pain on my molar after visiting the office on 23 in Mcallen he explained it was sure to happen ..what 1700.00,..... and thats suppose to happen big mistake while walking out the receptionist said it was ok no charge.. redo she (SYLVIA) SAID 1 month later they put it in the credit beurau. i have since then broken the crown in 1/2 since he drilled through it to kill the roo... read more

I have received such great service at this dentist office. Starting from the office staff who are so friendly and inviting in particular Betty Balboa. She has always gone above and beyond to ensure my visit is pleasurable. The doctor is very professional. I love that he communicates with me as a patient in detail about everything happening in my visit. I highly recommend this dentist office if you are looking for dentist to trust.

I absolutely love this place. I got my braces here about 3 years ago and every visit the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. My son used to go with a different dentist due to his insurance and as soon as I added him onto my insurance I made sure to switch him here. Now we both do all our follow-ups here. I couldn't be happier.
