I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Reynolds was professional, calm, and kind, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My father’s time at Reynolds has been wonderful. The people who helped us were attentive and caring, and the support they provide to their patients is truly exceptional. Overall, it was a beautiful experience. Nurse Julie stood out with her knowledge, experience, and passion, and Dr. Gresehover was also amazing — his dedication to his profession is truly inspiring. Who would think at the age of 60 You would need to get all 4 of your wisdom teeth, removed certainly not me. However, I have to say Dr. Gresehover was great and put all my fears to rest. The procedure went very well and the recovery was much better than I ever thought it could be. So I highly recommend Reynolds oral and facial surgery. They were wonderful.
The staff was well prepared from the time of entry to the surgery center until I exited. All were well informed and provided appropriate and essential education and general information. The staff at Reynolds oral and facial surgery were fantastic with me. As someone who has a lot of health anxiety… they broke things down and explained what was happening in a very comforting way. Took care of me and in less than 15 minutes I was done with the extraction. Thanks team for all the tissues and reassurance 🤣💓
