From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was welcoming, organized, and made us feel at ease right away—something that means a lot when your child is nervous about a procedure. Had my wisdom tooth out at the Fort Collins location, and my follow-up in Loveland. Surgeons and assistants are all extremely knowledgeable and confident in their work. They take great care to ensure you get the most information possible about risks, and how likely they are or ways to avoid them. Overall I was extremely happy with my experience, and while I hope to never need their services again they will be my go-to if I do.
Who would think at the age of 60 You would need to get all 4 of your wisdom teeth, removed certainly not me. However, I have to say Dr. Gresehover was great and put all my fears to rest. The procedure went very well and the recovery was much better than I ever thought it could be. So I highly recommend Reynolds oral and facial surgery. They were wonderful.
7 years ago, Dr. Reynolds installed all-on-four implants that are still working great for me. My case required sinus lifting thus a greater challenge. I feel fortunate to have found this office. Nothing but professional caring service on every visit. Special shout out to Vanessa who assisted with a procedure this morning. Found her to be very personable.
I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Reynolds was professional, calm, and kind, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.
