Dr Emily Brown was excellent. Staff were wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I brought my grandson to have several cavities filled and I was allowed to stay with him to help him feel comfortable. While we were there, Dr Brown set aside time to take an x-ray of one of my crowns and give me advice on how it can be fixed. My grandson was very happy with the procedure and he looks forward to going back. I am impressed with the care we receive when we go to Remmer's dental.
When I arrived I had to wait a little longer than I expected. There was a slight mix up with my arrival time. Apologies were made by staff during and after my visit. The check out experience was a smooth process. I thought about 4 stars because of the mix up, but I was treated with respect, kindness and professionalism throughout my whole visit. The plan for my dental health was explained clearly and thoroughly. I really appreciated the great service.
Excellent patient care. Dental Hygienist Sandy is great. Pain free cleaning. They always get me in a chair quickly when I have something outside of routine maintenance. All employees are customer focused.
Remmers Dental epitomizes pure professionalism and genuine care for their patients. I had the pleasure of having Jillian as my hygienist for my visits, and she was spectacular at calming nerves and guiding me through the process. The leadership throughout the team is the heartbeat of this operation. Dr. Remmers expertise is unmatched. I would recommend anybody to this beautiful place!
My Hygienist Savanna, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. She did amazing at keeping me calm and guiding me through the process. She is the best hygienist I've ever had. I won't go anywhere else but Remmers!
