Purchased glasses the end of December. They came in and we’re wrong and had to go back. purchased new glasses April 5. I still don’t have my new glasses. they have come back twice and been wrong.Don’t buy glasses here. The staff here is very nice but the lab doesn’t know what they are doing.Find another optical shop.
I just want to thank the team at Quality Optical. I have a very difficult prescription that limits my frame options. Every optical store I've been to in the past has never been able to make my glasses just right; I've always had to settle. Its difficult to get my vision correct, as well as getting the lenses as thin as I would like; until now, that is. This is the best pair of glasses I've ever owned. I'm very happy!!! Where to begin? First, I selected this office because they had an ophthalmologist on staff and when I took my child to a previous eye doctor (optometrist) two years ago, they let me know she had a lazy eye and I should see a specialist. So, I went to quality optical 1 year ago for the specialist and the lazy eye was confirmed and ophthalmologist simply said nothing to be done but consistently wear the glasses everyday. Bought my first pair here 2 years ago. Absolutely the best pair of eyeglasses I have ever owned. The old saying "You get what you pay for"...Last year bought sunglasses and they too are perfect. Sometimes I do not even realize they are on! Best selection and best customer service ever. (Not sure what the other reviewer experienced but pretty sure that was the customer's issues not the shop).
Forget these losers. Overpriced and rudest most unprofessional staff in the business. After 46 years of wearing glasses they are the worst optical shop I've ever been to. Don't waste you time here. When I asked for a refund when they were trying to tell me I could see out of my new glasses (I couldn't) the manager told me to wait OUTSIDE (a high-wind advisory wintery day) so she could process the refund and return my old frames. Would you call this good customer service and want to be treated like that? STAY AWAY!!!
