I want to say thank you to girls at the store they were so helpful today. The front desk was very sweet and helpful in checking to see if could do glasses and exam. Same with the manager and other girl helped me pick out cute new glasses. I recommend to my friends and family
I visited this optical office with my 4-year-old daughter, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. My daughter was quietly singing—she wasn’t yelling or crying—and yet a staff member told me she needed to be quiet. I understand the importance of maintaining a calm environment, but the way it was handled felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially toward a young child who was simply expressing joy. I just want to say thank you the manager Margo for helping me make a purchase. I was there Saturday and she was really patient and nice with me. The girls at th store working with her the receptionists helped by giving me opinions on what should I buy. Overall the staff if very friendly and nice. I would definitely come back again and recommend my friends and family to come here and buy.
