I have been a patient with Pro Smiles for 7+ years. Dr. Ho has always been incredible. He explains everything clearly and answers any questions I have honestly. Stellar quality of work as well. My cleanings are with Sarva who is, by far, the best hygienist I have ever had. She is so gentle, thorough and does an amazing job every time I see her. Her positive attitude is always welcoming before a cleaning. Thank you Pro Smiles!

What impressed me the most was how caring and empathetic Dr. Ho was. Last week, I walked into Prosmiles OC with a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of discomfort. Dr. Ho was fully booked but hearing about my situation he asked if I am willing to wait so he could help me out. He stayed after hours to take care of me. He was patient and kind.
