Hands down the BEST experience I’ve had with a dentist office so far! To start, the front desk is always super friendly and helpful, the check-in process is quick and easy, and the office itself is decorated very welcoming and kept immaculately clean. They are quick to answer any questions, especially regarding insurance, and it sets a great tone for the rest of your appointment before you get called back. I had the most amazing dental service ever! Alicia and Taylor did an amazing job with me and my kiddos 15 years old and 19 years old. Both were very gentle and surprisingly I had no anxiety which never happened before! My 15 year old said she almost fell asleep and had the best experience ever! We moved here from Arizona and I have to say one of the best experiences ever considering I have white coat syndrome!
I had such a great experience with this dentist. For the first time, I actually feel informed and confident about my dental health. They take the time to explain what’s going on and why they recommend certain treatments, which makes a huge difference. I already convinced my fiancé to book an appointment, so I definitely recommend checking them out too.
I came in for an emergency with a really bad wisdom tooth pain and was seen by Dr. Shah and his team. Everyone was super kind and welcoming from the start! The assistant who took my X-rays was also very gentle and helpful! Other places were either closed or wouldn’t see me because I wasn’t an existing patient, which made the situation really stressful.
