Wonderful customer service! It was very easy to make an appointment. They didn't have a long wait. The dentist is very competent and does great work! He truly wants the best work for his clients. The techs and receptionists are great as well!

After a long search for a good dentist for my kids I finally found Phoenix Dental and I'm really satisfied with the results! All staff is very helpful and friendly, and they also speak Portuguese and Spanish. I highly recommend their services and now even I am getting my dental treatment with them.
Great service, great customer relations. There is a lot of competition in Framingham as far as dental coverage, that being said, twenty years here, and three other offices, this place is the best across the board. satisfied customer!
