Do not take your child here to be ENDANGERED. The first mistake of the day that was made was booking five families at 9:30. Waited a good thirty minutes to go in the back. Just for them to hook up my daughter up to laughing gas and give her a numbing shot to leave her alone for another thirty minutes. Worst dentist office. Highly wouldn't recommend. Not to mention limited seating and they don't care to move faster because people are standing in their office like it's a unemployment building
Very unprofessional… I’ve been scheduling appointments for my children for the last 2 months and I always receive a call at the last minute telling me that the dentist has a family emergency and needs to reschedule. Or their system is down. Long waits over a hour the dentist isn’t back from lunch
They should be put out of business. Somebody need to contact the BBB on them. They don’t answer the phone and definitely don’t call you back even after leaving several messages.
We had to switch because of insurance and today was my son's 1st cleaning. The front desk girl was rude and seemed like she couldn't be bothered. His cleaning was awful, all they did was polish his teeth. Even though we take care of his teeth, they didn't even check to see if they needed to scrape any plaque off. Tge whole appointment was poorly done. I will be changing my insurance asap.
Whoever answering the phone needs a reality check. They’re rude. it’s fine you can’t fax documents but a simple email would be great or a nicer tone “hey at the moment we’re not able to send any documents because ……” no need for an attitude.
