Great eye exam but order your glasses from some other service!! I’ve been waiting 5 weeks with no contact from them so far. I should not have to wait this long without any update!! 5-29-26 update! It took 8 weeks to finally get my glasses!! I still had to call to find out the status and was told they were short staffed and couldn’t update me on the status. I had an appointment on March 24 for my annual eye exam. The eye exam itself was fine, but I was disappointed with the office's policy afterward. My prescription didn't include my PD measurement, which is needed to order glasses online. When I called, I was told I would have to pay an additional $10 for a quick measurement because I didn't purchase glasses through their office - even though I had already paid a $10 co-pay, $60 for a contact lens fitting, so the total was $70. I was trying to get contacts for my daughter I have left messages and still have no update. I took her in January unfortunately the ones she tried on didnt work so they were supposed to order a different brand still nothing. Were in April now.

Only my second year here and it’s great, very attentive to my needs. Mayra in optical is wonderful so welcoming, provides a good selection of frames and designers that I love. Thank you!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was told my glasses would be ready in 4-6 weeks, and here we are at 12 weeks with no glasses in sight. I’ve called multiple times, and each time they promised to call back and never did. The staff was unprofessional and not at all helpful. I won’t be coming back, and I hope others avoid this place so they don’t have to deal with the same frustration!!
