Yesterday I got a root canal and 2 crowns, both in the front and next to each other. Stephanie took charge and settled me in and prepped for Dr. Farr. They made me as comfortable as possible with their care, patience and by explaining the procedures through words and visuals the whole way. I left with no pain and did not use any medications the rest of the day or evening.

I visited Parkside Family Dental for a second opinion visit. I was amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of the practice. Steph kept me comfortable throughout the entirety of the appointment. Trace is very careful during the periodontal probing. Dr. Farr is thorough and gentle. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I was texted by staff on January 28th to come in on the 29th. When I arrived, the appointment is found to be on the 30th. I was led to the chair anyway, where I assumed someone will see me. But no, I was left there just to wait, for an hour, without anyone checking with me to see if I have the time or not. I finally asked how long I need to wait, the staff said at least 20 more minutes. Always a great experience at Parkside Family Dental. Dr. Farr is incredibly knowledgeable and overall a great dentist! I came in for a filling today and Meena assisted. She did a fantastic job! She was very detailed, explained the entire process, and answered all of my questions. The whole experience was painless! Would highly recommend both Dr. Farr and Meena.

EVERYTHING was FANTASTIC! I’ve had less visits to the dentist than most, so my teeth aren’t in great shape. Steph and Julie , (the dental assistants), the receptionist, and the dentist were so compassionate and kind. They ALL Took the time to chat, explain things, and Steph even booked me an appointment with a specialist! Seriously, this place is the least scary dentist office. They even let me, a grown woman, hold their stuffed shark to calm my nerves. I can’t recommend them enough.
