Amazing atmosphere. Top-quality customer care. Amiable and comforting staff, from reception (Jenn), to hygiene (Lisa) - all the way down to the amazingly knowledgeable and accommodating dentist (Tim). I feel it’s more than fair to praise good service when received, so I’m taking that extra effort to applaud and appreciate my new dentist. So happy to be moving forward with quality care! And I got a lil gift as a first-timer (woop!).
This place has no time for you! This place came highly recommended in Montclair group and unfortunately they are not as good as described. Mid September I had an appointment with them to put an implant in place where I’m missing a tooth. Few weeks later I had a scan and I was told that after doctors review I will get a call back to let me know if I’m all healed and we can proceed with the implant. I moved to the area in 2013 and have been to three different dentists since then. I did not like any of them. One tried to make me get an expensive procedure that I didn’t need. When a co-worker recommended Park Street Dental, I was so glad because I stopped going to the dentist for about 2 years out of frustration.
