It’s not easy when your dentist of 35 years retires and you need to find a new professional. After doing some research on the Internet, I went to Dr. Rotunda‘s office and the staff was so kind. I left there with a very good feeling and an appointment for two months hence. I could not have had a better first time experience! I had a cleaning with Dr. Carter, who was wonderful, and then a follow up with Dr. Rotonda. I know we made the right decision and I’m so happy that he made this an easy transition for us.
All the staff and doctors were incredibly kind! I went in for my wisdom teeth and I was really nervous, but they helped me through every step of the way and helped me to feel calm. Everything went very smooth, I highly recommend this place to anyone! Beautiful office and amazing people. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to help me!
My mom is on a fixed income, and the dental cleaning package they offer for out of pocket helps her afford regular dental care. Which is so important because Medicare does not cover. They offer discounts then on other procedures. It is a really great program. On top of that it is a great practice. Kind and thoughtful staff, fabulous Doctors. Doctor Rotunda never forgets a patients name and has updated and modernize the practice..
Amazing atmosphere. Top-quality customer care. Amiable and comforting staff, from reception (Jenn), to hygiene (Lisa) - all the way down to the amazingly knowledgeable and accommodating dentist (Tim). I feel it’s more than fair to praise good service when received, so I’m taking that extra effort to applaud and appreciate my new dentist. So happy to be moving forward with quality care! And I got a lil gift as a first-timer (woop!).
This was my first time coming here. I had the most professional experience ever at a dentist office. All the staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. My friend that was with me was so impressed that he is thinking about switching to here for his dentist.
