If you want timely communication and service, I would go elsewhere. I picked this dentist as it was one of the only ones my insurance plan covered that was not a large chain corporation. I now think I should've just gone with a chain. I've been a patient for over two years. They are administratively disorganized and sometimes unreachable for weeks via telephone. Park Dental is amazing! I’ve been going for 3 years and have had a great experience. Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!
This dental practice is very disorganized and inefficient. I went in for x-rays in February and it wasn’t until May that I got in to get a cleaning and then the dentist clean my teeth himself but only spent maybe 15 minutes with me. I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like cleanings take longer than just 15 minutes he hardly did anything. Then before I left, they didn’t even try to reschedule my next appointment.
Teresa, the hygienist is great and thorough. Office is friendly. Staff highly alert and personable. Dr. Park has excellent clinical hands. I feel very comfortable that my concerns are heard and taken care of here.
The staff is very professional. Teresa is gentle and thorough. The admin staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Park seems efficient. The office is obviously modern and up to date but yet retains the comfortable atmosphere of an old time family dentist.
