Hygienist and staff are all absolutely amazing. Hygienist is gentle and friendly and tells you everything she's about to do. Office is small but clean. Dentist only pops in for about 30 seconds to peddle some sort of tool or device. He doesn't seem to actually care about the patient.

I’m sure the quality of services at Park Dental is stellar, judging by the abundance of positive reviews, and I only wish I could have experienced them for myself. I called and made an appointment, took the time off from work, arrived on time and the receptionist was unable to find any record of my appointment. I then had to make a second appointment for a month later, take time off work again, and 15 minutes out from the office, called ahead to find I again had no appointment. I have not had a pleasant experience yet at Park Cosmetic Dental. I do not feel appreciated there. Never, have i been to a dentist that does not provide an after-dental-cleaning care bag, which should include toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss samples. This office does not provide these small tokens of appreciation. Also, I have had multiple cancelations on behalf of this dental office. On one occasion, I was not called or notified of the cancelation until I arrived to find out my appointment was canceled.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Park for more than 5 years. We are very pleased with his work. He has a high standard for the care he provides. I've had several reconstructive and cosmetic procedures done by him. He is always careful to ensure you are comfortable as he does the work and to make sure you are satisfied with the results. His staff is also very polite, friendly and reasonable. They have always explained options and pricing in advance as well as resolved our questions and concerns. My first time at Park Dental and it was a great experience. I scheduled a cleaning. Ms. Teresa the dental hygienist was wonderful. Staff and Dr. Jacob Park were all great.
