Terrible experience today. After my cleaning on Tuesday, The receptionist Sonia promised me she would call me with my estimate for a crown later that day. I went ahead and made the appointment for today, Thursday for the repair. I never got that call with the estimate. When I arrived at 10:30 am today, for my appointment she "told me" the price which is now twice the amount since my last Cerec crown in 2021. My insurance is the exact same as back then. If you want timely communication and service, I would go elsewhere. I picked this dentist as it was one of the only ones my insurance plan covered that was not a large chain corporation. I now think I should've just gone with a chain. I've been a patient for over two years. They are administratively disorganized and sometimes unreachable for weeks via telephone. My latest complaint is that I spent over $2,000 on Invisalign that I was told had a turnaround time of 10 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I have yet to receive i... read more

This dental practice is very disorganized and inefficient. I went in for x-rays in February and it wasn’t until May that I got in to get a cleaning and then the dentist clean my teeth himself but only spent maybe 15 minutes with me. I don’t know if it’s just me but I feel like cleanings take longer than just 15 minutes he hardly did anything. Then before I left, they didn’t even try to reschedule my next appointment.

My wife and I have been with Dr. Park for more than 5 years. We are very pleased with his work. He has a high standard for the care he provides. I've had several reconstructive and cosmetic procedures done by him. He is always careful to ensure you are comfortable as he does the work and to make sure you are satisfied with the results. Teresa, the hygienist is great and thorough. Office is friendly. Staff highly alert and personable. Dr. Park has excellent clinical hands. I feel very comfortable that my concerns are heard and taken care of here.
