Terrible experience today. After my cleaning on Tuesday, The receptionist Sonia promised me she would call me with my estimate for a crown later that day. I went ahead and made the appointment for today, Thursday for the repair. I never got that call with the estimate. When I arrived at 10:30 am today, for my appointment she "told me" the price which is now twice the amount since my last Cerec crown in 2021. My insurance is the exact same as back then. The worst dentist in the world. Dr. Park is rude, his receptionist, Sonia, is incompetent beyond belief, and the rest of the workers are lazy. It’s a terrible experience. This is the dentist office from horror movies. I’d rather let a horse give me dental care than Dr. Park and his rag tag group of minions. This place is AWFUL.
Absolutely horrible experience. The WORST dentist. If insurance didn’t have me in such a stranglehold, I’d go anywhere but there. It’s always a terrible time having to go see those bad people. 0/10. Go anywhere else but Dr. Park
If you want timely communication and service, I would go elsewhere. I picked this dentist as it was one of the only ones my insurance plan covered that was not a large chain corporation. I now think I should've just gone with a chain. I've been a patient for over two years. They are administratively disorganized and sometimes unreachable for weeks via telephone. My latest complaint is that I spent over $2,000 on Invisalign that I was told had a turnaround time of 10 weeks. It has now been 4 months and I have yet to receive i... read more
The staff is very professional. Teresa is gentle and thorough. The admin staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Park seems efficient. The office is obviously modern and up to date but yet retains the comfortable atmosphere of an old time family dentist.
