After visiting several other local (Novi, Mi) orthopedic doctors and being exceedingly disappointed in their lack of empathy, bedside manner and making me feel as if I’m just a number to make them money, Dr. Prieskorn’s office was a breath of fresh air. I was impressed with my doctor from here. My issue is with the collection company they use First Federal Credit Control. I thought I paid all the doctors, labs, and hospital bills after my surgery. I missed the bill from this clinic, but did not realize it until First Federal Credit Control sent me a collection letter. I tried calling them, but they were rude and hung up on me because they couldn't work with the payment options I offered.
I have been trying for over a week to schedule an appointment after my ultrasound and my PCP referred me to Dr. Prieskorn. Two voicemails left, one attempt to schedule on their website and not even a courtesy call back. Knee pain is terrible can't find a comfortable position to rest knee and doesn't appear Ill be getting any relief anytime soon.
I’m beyond happy that I met dr. Prieskorn he is a wonderful dr. Who actually listens to your concerns without disregarding them. Jenna is also extremely wonderful so kind and a good listener. Was so happy I was recommended to him! Will recommend anyone I know to the Orthopedic surgery specialist team!
While Dr. Prieskorn strives to do his best by his patients we cannot help but feel that my wife has been put through some orthopedic surgical mill where patients are processed with a mechanical attitude in hopes that the outcomes are favorable for the patient.
