We had made an apt for last week on Thursday, upon confirmation call they told me the apt was for Wednesday - when I explained I know the apt was made for Thursday and asked if there was any way to be seen Thursday as we already made plans for our kids and work and had no way possible to make it Wednesday - the woman on the phone told us everyone else has kids and schedules too and then couldn’t fit me in for another apt for almost 2 weeks.
