The first visit was ok. My prescription felt wrong. I called multiple times. No one reached back out after over 2 months. Also, kena, if that's even her real name, is SUPERBLY RUDE. Literally rolling her eyes in my face. If I continued to wait on their call back, they would have kept my payment and contacts. Be careful, people.
My wife and I stopped into Optical Outlets after we went into two other stores and were completely disappointed with their available options and customer service. Our sales tech, Kameron, was a delight. We were beyond impressed with her. She was so understanding and knowledgeable! After we told her what kind of glasses we were looking for she immediately found the perfect pair for my wife. I will definitely be coming back when it’s my turn for new glasses and request Kameron!
Returning customer Came in to purchase contacts. And was refused service. Last time I was in I took the exam for contacts and glasses. However my eyes where irritated after being dilated. The Dr. Told me I can come back any time and try the contacts so I can find the right pair for me. I came to get my eyes checked about a week ago. The process was fairly simple. Nothing to write home about-however, today I picked up my prescription. The tech that took care of me was kind, answered all of my questions (this is my first pair of glasses) and guided me on how long it’ll take for my eyes to adjust to these new glasses. We had our eyes done at a different eye doctor office, but unfortunately they did not have a lot of frames. We came here in search, and we all found what we wanted thanks to the wide variety of frames and the friendly staff. I found a really cute purple frame I'm very happy about. My sister also found herself a nice pair. I can't wait till they come in!
