Everyone is so kind, from the manager Jeri who is always smiling everytime I come in, Dr.Escobar is so professional and attentive, the staff including Kameron and the front desk check in girl are also very helpful. Always a great place to come back for my eye exams. Highly Recommend
Nice people. Nice people I had to go back because the first glasses were making me sick second ones are no better so I will be looking for a new place to go get my vision tested preferably a private doctor. If you're a regular it's a whole different type of way it seems like I don't feel personalized like I did when I went to my doctor in Palm city. Today we had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Escobar. She was absolutely amazing very meticulous very detail oriented and very patient. She explained everything very precisely and answered all questions. Not to mention the staff was absolutely phenomenal. What a great place to be seen thank you optical outlet.
The first visit was ok. My prescription felt wrong. I called multiple times. No one reached back out after over 2 months. Also, kena, if that's even her real name, is SUPERBLY RUDE. Literally rolling her eyes in my face. If I continued to wait on their call back, they would have kept my payment and contacts. Be careful, people.
First time into this facility Dr Escobar and her staff were amazing. They answered all my questions took the time with me and we're very helpful definitely my new go to place for glasses and eye exams
