I was very pleased with this store, they are very professional and knowledgeable. I could not ask for better service, my first time but not my last. Thank you for my beautiful glasses and case. Jerri was my assistant and helped me with everything including with the selection.
I came to get my eyes checked about a week ago. The process was fairly simple. Nothing to write home about-however, today I picked up my prescription. The tech that took care of me was kind, answered all of my questions (this is my first pair of glasses) and guided me on how long it’ll take for my eyes to adjust to these new glasses. I’ve been wearing glasses for years have gone to a lot of different stores had eye exams and never had as bad of an experience as here I was their 5 times had 2 different eye exams and they still couldn’t get it right. They told me we can’t seem to satisfy you so we will refund your money. All they needed to do to satisfy me was to give me a pair of glasses that I could see out of which they couldn’t. This was a completely ridiculous experience
Great staff and Dr is good, too. Short wait times and lots of glasses to choose from. Free unlimited fittings which is nice. Going in for my 2nd as they’ve become loose.
We had our eyes done at a different eye doctor office, but unfortunately they did not have a lot of frames. We came here in search, and we all found what we wanted thanks to the wide variety of frames and the friendly staff. I found a really cute purple frame I'm very happy about. My sister also found herself a nice pair. I can't wait till they come in!
