Hello, my son is a patient in the Palm Bay Florida location. We went to optical outlets and he was prescribed lenses and there were other options to add to the prescription like scratch resistant and so I did want the scratch resistant. It was $40 The, “Manager” Is the one who processed our order she said it could possibly be covered by insurance and I said that was great. Everyone is so kind, from the manager Jeri who is always smiling everytime I come in, Dr.Escobar is so professional and attentive, the staff including Kameron and the front desk check in girl are also very helpful. Always a great place to come back for my eye exams. Highly Recommend
First time into this facility Dr Escobar and her staff were amazing. They answered all my questions took the time with me and we're very helpful definitely my new go to place for glasses and eye exams
Nice people. Nice people I had to go back because the first glasses were making me sick second ones are no better so I will be looking for a new place to go get my vision tested preferably a private doctor. If you're a regular it's a whole different type of way it seems like I don't feel personalized like I did when I went to my doctor in Palm city. We had our eyes done at a different eye doctor office, but unfortunately they did not have a lot of frames. We came here in search, and we all found what we wanted thanks to the wide variety of frames and the friendly staff. I found a really cute purple frame I'm very happy about. My sister also found herself a nice pair. I can't wait till they come in!
