I would recommend this business~excellent staff and the doctor was wonderful, friendly yet professional. She explained things in terms I understood. They helped me keep within my insurance allowance and no out of pocket cost for me. FANTASTIC!

If you only get glasses and only by yourself may be they will be nice to you, NOT kid friendly. I don't feels welcome and feeling bad for being there with my kids the whole time at the store. Doctor don't know how to manually check eyes without machine, but she tried what she can. This is not a location for kids.

We had our eyes done at a different eye doctor office, but unfortunately they did not have a lot of frames. We came here in search, and we all found what we wanted thanks to the wide variety of frames and the friendly staff. I found a really cute purple frame I'm very happy about. My sister also found herself a nice pair. I can't wait till they come in!

I took my Dad and husband to get new glasses at this store! It took over 2 weeks to get them and numerous calls and within 2 months both pair of glasses broke, the lenses in them shattered! They always put them in their glass case! It looks like the lenses was too tight for the frames! We took them back and was informed we have to pay another $25-$50 for new lenses! That’s ridiculous they didn’t guarantee the lenses! We left and went somewhere else! CHEAP made lenses and frames! Staff not very friendly either!

Service was good, but I purchased name brand glasses. When I picked up my glasses they tried to give it to me in a flimsy case, so I asked for the hard case that my glasses would’ve came in, and I received a optical outlets hard case… not for the brand I purchased.. not a big deal to some, but I figured if I wasn’t getting the case w the glasses I should’ve been informed before the purchase was made… seems cheap, but could just be due to me being used to Lens Crafters
