I just want a refund on the glasses that Optical Outlets messed up the prescription. I have a $100 pair of glasses that I can't wear or get a refund and now they won't even see me at the PC location because Dr. Hamilton is moving? No idea why another provider can't do the followup exam, other than they don't want to do the free followup exam as promised. No answer from the District Manager, left a message, no callbacks yet. Buyers Beware.
The employees very unprofessional
I purchase a pair of glasses in January, I have had my frames replaced 3times, on the 4th time I picked out new framespaid the difference and was to get new pair. Now over 3 weeks later and no new glasses, they wanting more money when it isheir product failed. Plus since January I have spent enough to buy a very expensive frames. Oh yes 800 number rings and disconnects you.
