I'm from Ohio & am visiting family and unfortunately ripped my contact. stopped in and the staff was super friendly and they got me taken care of immediately. amazing service, definitely recommend!

I was visiting from GA and left my contacts home. I called in to this office the front desk staff are AMAZING!!!! I told them my situation, she got me in a canceled appointment for the next day. I arrived super early thinking it would take a while for my out of state insurance. I walked in, and they were expecting me. I gave them my Rx and was done in 3min TOPS!!!! Awesome staff and if I lived here they would definitely have my business! Thank you is the very least I could say.

The service and cost were reasonable and Carmen did an excellent job assisting me with all my eyeglasses issues. I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Hispanic Virtual doctor was angry , attitude , not helpful , made me feel what felt like harassment from the start, I told her I didn’t appreciate her attitude she told me to go to a different store, said I’m going to get what she wants to give me , isnt putting in my subscription , I can go get it somewhere else , jumped up and down on her chair like a child , etc , I wanted contacts not a argument/ debate over who is right and who isn’t and what i want.
