3 times to get bifocals and they still are not right. They still owe me a box of contacts for one eye. I never got them from the start!
Very unprofessional. flat out will lie to you and tell at you when you ask questions. the tracking email you are sent isn't truthful either it doesn't actually track the glasses. they input a hopeful date and if it doesn't appear they tell you the truth then. I've spoken to 5 different people and they all basically told me deal with it. Do not waste your money here.
