I've been looking to change eye doctors so I came in the other day for a look and was immediately greeted and welcomed in by Nietricha. She was so kind and has an amazing personality. Made me laugh and definitely put a smile on my face. She is what Naples needs more of. Raw and uncut. Optical outlets is lucky to have her on their team. Also, I wasn't disappointed by anything else either so I will most definitely be back. Great job Optical Outlet. Amazing team.!
First of all, I give 5 stars to the doctor, she is an excellent person, an exceptional human quality, very patient and delicate with children and people in general. On the other hand, the staff who works with her, the colored lady and the other girl, are people who lack a little more culture, education and classes on how to serve the public, they are derogatory and racist, I don't know why they are still there after the bad times. reviews. I do NOT recommend this facility. Natalie is very helpful, however Netrich, who is supposed to be helping the public lacks customer service skills and is extremely rude. She has zero personality and an attitude problem.
That place is so beautiful but certain person need to have more training and get blamed for humiliating , ignoring clients. That Black lady with her extra nasty eyelashes is “helping “ clients in the very wrong way. So careless and unfortunately she is influencing coworkers to do the same . 5+ for the Doctor, so patient and kind.
Netrich was very helpful when it came to finding my grandson glasses, she really knows her job and good at it
