I have been coming to optical outlets for about 2 years now and every time, I get helped by Natalie. She seems like the only genuine one there who cares about the customers. She’s always so busy but works fast, explains everything and is always with a smile. You don’t see that too often with people nowadays. I have been coming to Optical Outlets in Golden Gate for over 5 years now. Today I took my son for his glasses & contact lens exam. Netrich was so helpful and got us in & out quickly. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I really enjoyed my experience with her & appreciate her knowledge & honesty. Natalie took care of me. My glasses were a disaster. She magically straighten them and fit her in my face very very professional. I have a new person. I’m gonna go visit every time I need glasses. She’s the best.
