Horrible place. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. I went for a regular check up and I asked to tied my glasses and I didn’t ask to warm them up and they did. Emily came back saying “here your glasses “ and my lents were burned. She said no. They were scratched. Kim told me that there is nothing that she can do and that it is not her problem. Every time I come here for whatever reason. I ALWAYS have a good experience. Netrich is always helpful and attentive. I love that the ladies are patient and let you take your time when trying to find the perfect extension of your face(glasses). I will forever be a customer!
We went to go get glasses and the lady at the front was horrible, she was rude and sarcastic and doesn’t know how to speak properly. She doesn’t have correct front office etiquette. Mind you she’s the first person we talk to once we enter the building before the doctors, the first impression she gives is that they don’t want to work there or help you.
I'm Irma lesmez & I went to see the Dr. Monday 11/25/24. The receptionist Ms.Netrich & Emily were excellent. They ere pleasent & very nice whit me they help me a lot. Thank to them & The Dr. Blessings. Irma
Every time I come in Netrich knows exactly what to do she's very helpful very kind the last time we was in there she said your back again less than a month's time she gets the right glasses for my kids she already know my name
