I have been coming to optical outlets for about 2 years now and every time, I get helped by Natalie. She seems like the only genuine one there who cares about the customers. I have been coming to Optical Outlets in Golden Gate for over 5 years now. Today I took my son for his glasses & contact lens exam. Netrich was so helpful and got us in & out quickly. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I really enjoyed my experience with her & appreciate her knowledge & honesty. I hope she is recognized for her hard work & continued dedication to her customers. Thank you!
Natalie took care of me. My glasses were a disaster. She magically straighten them and fit her in my face very very professional. I have a new person. I’m gonna go visit every time I need glasses. She’s the best.
Horrible place. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. I went for a regular check up and I asked to tied my glasses and I didn’t ask to warm them up and they did. Emily came back saying “here your glasses “ and my lents were burned. She said no. They were scratched. Kim told me that there is nothing that she can do and that it is not her problem. Sorry but I called this place no one answers and when I went in no customers were there the employee was very arrogant and not kind she looked like she didn't want to be there and wasn't helpful. Another customer walked in but couldn't speak english and the employee didn't even want to help customer out. I ordered the glasses more than a week ago and have not received any update.
