I have had excellent experiences at this location over the last several years. One of their employees, Zach has been professional, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. Other employees there have been very pleasant too. I do recommend this business for eye exams and eyeglasses.
I bought my glasses on 07/14/21, New Pair, New Prescription. Gunmetal, Wired Titanium. Super nice. Love them. Angus, Dr. Linda, Emily, and Jeri took care of me. Also, I bought a second pair of sunglasses, Nauticus. All the bells and whistles. 2 for $500.00 I wanted to see about getting my old pair of glasses upgraded to the same as the new eyewear prescription which I did. First pair of glasses... girl was so uneducated that she sized them wrong. Went back multiple times for lenses cracking and other things. Said screw it, bought a random pair online that fit perfect. Decided a year later to give them another try because we just happen to be right by there and they had already my prescription. So i order a second pair. I get them and can't see anything. Staff is pleasant and professional, but WARNING! Their corporate people force a $75 penalty if you use your existing frames. I had one pair done out of need; but I won't pay $225 in penalties for the 3 other frames I have that need new lenses. It's a shame because they are so close I could walk there.
Had my first exam with L. Azwell. Lazy and incompetent. Gave me a script without doing a lens screening. Obviously after 2 weeks of waiting for my glasses they were horrible and I couldn't see anything. I went back after having to get transport to get me to an appointment with another doctor from there. He did do a leg screening, I asked if they could please put a rush on the glasses, it's now over 2 weeks and I still have no glasses.
