I brought these people a prescription for my son, first time ever in glasses. We were told we had to bring him during certain hours for the doctor to make sure the prescription was correct. We did just that. Glasses made. No doctor to fit them. Just staff asking him how do they feel. Fast forward a week or so I get a call from his teacher at school, child complains of dizziness, headaches, unable to concentrate. I went in to get my eyes checked, ended up receiving a prescription. They asked me to pick a frame. I found a pair that were so cute, took them to the desk and was told they no longer carry them. I left and came back the next day to try again, picked a pair, brought them to the desk, AGAIN they didn’t have the pair they were displaying. Overall it was a huge waste of my time. Edit from 02/05/2024: Complaints were filed with AHCA, Sunshine Health Medicaid, CMS Medicaid Sunshine Health, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. They're investigating. MAKE IT RIGHT!!! I NEED 3 PAIRS OF WORKING GLASSES OR MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!! It pains me that I must leave 1 star. I am beyond furious with this practice. I had such a lovely experience here. I had an appointment on Aug 9 in the afternoon. Dr. Azwell and the two young ladies working the front were so amazing. They made me feel comfortable, they assisted me in picking glasses, and we had some great laughs. They were all such helpful and warm people and just made my experience there easy and fun! Many thanks to Dr. Azwell and the young ladies working that day!
I bought my glasses on 07/14/21, New Pair, New Prescription. Gunmetal, Wired Titanium. Super nice. Love them. Angus, Dr. Linda, Emily, and Jeri took care of me. Also, I bought a second pair of sunglasses, Nauticus. All the bells and whistles. 2 for $500.00 I wanted to see about getting my old pair of glasses upgraded to the same as the new eyewear prescription which I did.
