There is not much to say, in the way of treating customers, Very long waiting times, A feeling that you received, that you are just a number, and not a person. This is my 3rd time, coming to this Location. And it also is my last. When I received my new glasses, they were missing the comfort plastic part, which sits on your nose. To fix the problem, it required for me to wait, for over 30 minutes. When I returned home and put them on, they broke again. Gracie did a great job setting me up for my new glasses. Dr Reed was wonderful and friendly going over my eye Exam. Showed me the big difference between prescription glasses and readers. Thank you very much, I'll differently be back.
Dr. Reed is THE BEST!!! I had an exam from him just 2 days ago and let me tell you, he is beyond SUPERB!! He is So sweet and so easy to talk to. He listens to you, accommodate you and he is a total sweetheart!!! I've never met a more intelligent and caring and nice Dr as Dr. Reed!!! His staff are very nice and accommodating as well. The Best experience! Timely, caring and educational is what this dynamic team is all about! Dr. Joshua Reed is an educating master & he spent so much time making sure my prescription was perfect for my needs. Gracie (optician) is friendly and knowledgeable…making sure I got everything that my insurance covers (maximizing my money). I am a returning customer and will continue because of this TEAM! Thanks!
The doctor was great and the front desk person but the woman who checked me out after I picked my glasses was rushed and rude. The woman who helped me when I picked up my glasses was short and you could tell she hated her job. Got my glasses April 17th 2025 and they broke already. No I'm not coming back here ever again.
