They aren't very welcoming or helpful and the lady named Gracie always has an attitude. I haven't liked her the every time I have seen her... giving me a hard time trying to get my glasses I see lots of reviews and I can wholeheartedly agree with another review. It's not private . The lady GRACIE is not nice and impatient nor is she helpful in any sense. I'm over here trying to get Mt 3 year old daughters glasses and each time I've come in contact with this lady she's never been helpful in trying to make sure she has them .... read more
I just barely got to see the doctor because I had went to the store in Countryside who didn't have a Dr.on Saturdays so he called down to the Largo place. The eye exam was pretty standard although it had been a while since I've had my eyes dilated . Afterwards Eva helped with picking out my new glasses, she was incredibly helpful especially since I didn't have the greatest of insurances!! Anyways I'm just really excited to see my new glasses!!
Boy, reading the reviews I wish I would’ve met this majestic ‘Gracie’ with the fabulous customer service because apparently she wasn’t there when we were. No one greeted us as we stood awkwardly at the front. We had an appointment that was confirmed, all ppwk completed online, had to wait a bit to see the Dr. Had a very drab tech do the prelim stuff then had a great informative exam w Dr Reed. I’ve been a patient here for a few years. Sometimes I think about going to some other places that are bigger and fancier but I really like the optometrist here and his staff is excellent. Gracie, in particular, is always helpful. They don’t have as many choices in frames but I like that. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed in the larger stores and everything starts to look the same. Gracie has always been great in helping me to choose just the right frames. Thanks to this location for always providing exactly what I need each year!
