I really like the doctor however both times I have came in for an appointment I am sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen. It feels like they overbook themselves and have too many patients to see within a certain amount of time. My eye exam took roughly 5 minutes.
So I got my eye exam and it took about at least five minutes. Then I tried to pick a frame that I liked but for some reason the lady told me that the frame was too big for my face and to choose a smaller frame. I didn’t really like the options that I had to choose for glasses because I am very picky. Then I try to ask for my prescription paper, and for some reason they weren’t able to give it to me. Leslie is amazing. I have two kids, and they both require glasses, and since I met her two years ago, it's a blessing. She is the best at her job, and my kids love her. She is very professional and attentive. I definitely will keep coming with her and never any other place.
I wanted to let you know how amazing the staff at optical outlet is. I had to bring my 5 year old daughter in for a eye exam and then choose glasses from start to finish was a breeze one person sticks out her name is Leslie, she is super good with kids her personality is amazing. She assisted my daughter with choosing the perfect pair because she did not like the glasses i was choosing. Thanks Ladies you guys are awsome
My 8 year old son's first optometrist visit. They took great care of us and did a great job of helping us with his first 2 pairs of glasses. Everyone who has eye correction knows how much of a life changing experience this is especially for a child.
