This is the second to third time returning to Optical Outlets for all my eye care appointments. Optical Outlets seem to do mostly well each time I go. Got my exam done in a timely manner. They do take Care Credit as well. You need your insurance and driver's license when you go or an id. Picked out the frames that I wanted to try out. Service was good. I'm guessing the exam was thorough(although very quick) but I was shocked at the price. My insurance allows $300 toward glasses and I had to pay $250 more. Nothing special, $99 frame, bifocals, sunglasses!
I really like the doctor however both times I have came in for an appointment I am sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes to be seen. It feels like they overbook themselves and have too many patients to see within a certain amount of time. My eye exam took roughly 5 minutes.
Leslie is amazing. I have two kids, and they both require glasses, and since I met her two years ago, it's a blessing. She is the best at her job, and my kids love her. She is very professional and attentive. I definitely will keep coming with her and never any other place.
So I got my eye exam and it took about at least five minutes. Then I tried to pick a frame that I liked but for some reason the lady told me that the frame was too big for my face and to choose a smaller frame. I didn’t really like the options that I had to choose for glasses because I am very picky. Then I try to ask for my prescription paper, and for some reason they weren’t able to give it to me.
