This is the second to third time returning to Optical Outlets for all my eye care appointments. Optical Outlets seem to do mostly well each time I go. Got my exam done in a timely manner. They do take Care Credit as well. You need your insurance and driver's license when you go or an id. Picked out the frames that I wanted to try out. Fast and friendly service. Leslie went above and beyond to help with my kids' insurance and offered me the best special available. Choosing the frame was a bit challenging because most of them were dirty. They have name brand frames and affordable options. Ordering was smooth and on time. The glasses were ready in a couple of weeks, too bad that the frames my kids chose broke within a week, but they ordered a new replacement.
Look at my wife’s glasses! The prescription is wrong, they gave her someone else’s case, and they are bent bad! Place is ran poorly and short staffed which was whatever, but this is unacceptable.
Service was good. I'm guessing the exam was thorough(although very quick) but I was shocked at the price. My insurance allows $300 toward glasses and I had to pay $250 more. Nothing special, $99 frame, bifocals, sunglasses!
Chose this eye doctors office only due to having VSP Signature insurance and convenient location. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience with Dr Watts. She gave me the wrong prescription, for over two weeks I had blurred vision, chronic headaches etc. Was advised that it takes time for the eyes to adjust. I did get a second opinion and the prescription she gave me was extremely incorrect as well as the PD distance.
