When I had to return my glasses for replacement and eyes reexamined. THe front office young lady was hurrying toget me out of there both times. I only wanted to see Carolyn. Saturday she wasn't there. I went on a weekday and was told she was in a meeting. That is fine, however the same young lady rushed me out again. Never measured or see if they fit or adjust. They nose things hurt. One side is higher than the other. Over $300.00. Had gone to other places and went back to Dr. Stupp. Never again. Dr, Stupp is the best.
