Absolutely horrible experience. Had an appointment today (3/16). Walk in and give the person at the front desk my name. She confirms my phone number and says that the doctor cancelled my appointment and I was called on 3/11. I look at my phone and see no voicemail from 3/11. She says that there was no voicemail available and that’s when I knew she was lying. I’m not a very popular person so my voicemail does not get full.
