Bought a pair of glasses for my mother with Dementia she had broke the frames went to there store in Estero they said the frames where discontinued but did not say that when we bought them. We're very hard to deal with making me bring my mother back in to get a different frames told me have to Measure her for new frames you would think that they would have some compassion but not don't care just take Advantage.of a 92 year old woman not right . Just bought the glasses willing to buy new frames but won't help us
