Literally wish I did anything BUT come here on the 5th of April. I came around 2:30-3pm. There was just one young lady there, she assisted me, I came with a simple inquiry, this would now be my third time coming back to get my brand new glasses adjusted, all of which are extremely crooked. I bought my glasses here over a year ago, stopped in today to see if they could fix one of the stems that was about to break, within 15 minutes they were repaired for me at no cost. Thank you Optical Outlets!
I never experienced that kind of service before, my insurance and I paid for reading glasses $ 460 .00 on 04/12/24 the front desk lady said I can pick up next week , I come to shop on 04/24 , she keep me waiting for a bout 20 minutes and I got answer “not ready yet” In addition she was absolutely rude.I think this type of behavior is unacceptable!
Took my autistic daughter for an eye exam. I thought most places would be inclusive by 2024 but I was wrong. My daughter had a little melt down before they started the exam. She didn't even get a chance sit down on the chair and one of the front person came and said well if she's acting like that we might not be able to serve her. This was a fun experience though I have not received my glasses yet I am excited for them to arrive! You Can take your time choosing frames. Very user friendly selecting lenses. Everyone was pleasant . Mikita was a blessing to work with. She went the extra mile for sure! I hope she is there the next time we come in for glasses.
