Meilys was great to work with at Optical Outlets. She was super patient, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel simple instead of overwhelming. She took her time explaining everything and really listened to what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Such a positive experience. I’d definitely recommend asking for her!
One word for this place-AVOID. My husband and I went in for appts scheduled 15 minutes apart. First off, it did not look clean in there. The air conditioning seems to be off. It was uncomfortably warm. Every waiting chair was taken. I thought to ask if all of the people in there were being seen before me as I had an appt and was prompt. The doctor and staff at this location are amazing and got me out quickly! I actually learned about eye health and got helpful pointers to keep my eyes healthy. Ana and Meiyls are easy to talk to and helpful. If you want a helpful, low-stress eye doctor appointment, this is the place for you!
The number of frustrated reviews and lack of response from the business owner had me skeptical of this place. However, I think there are some good aspects to this eye center. Although the optometrist seemed very busy, disorganized, and slightly impatient with clients, overall he was knowledgeable and honest (don’t remember his name, did he introduce himself?). I had a great experience for my eye glasses and contact lenses exam. The doctor was direct and straight to the point which I really like. He was direct and honest and I personally loved that it didn't take a long time. I loved that they filed my insurance as well. The girls at the front did a great job measuring me for progressive lenses and helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend!
