Complete incompetence...I ordered and paid for my glasses on June 3, they never arrived, when I call the Bradenton store it just rings, finally somebody picked up today that had a baby crying in background and said she had been off for 12 weeks with a broken neck....nobody seems to know where my glasses went and I cant get any answers. Left message with corporate w/no return call. Its been 8 weeks I just want them to deliver my glasses so I can see again.
