This place has horrible customer service. The office manager, Marie should not be allowed to work with people. She treated my grandson and granddaughter who are 16 and 21 poorly and outright lied about the process when he was picking up his glasses. In addition, this sign is on their outside door and does not match their website hours. Says they’re open on Mondays and they’re not. I showed up 15 min early to complete paperwork since their online link didn't work. I didn't see the doctor until an hour after my appointment time. It wasn't until I had been sitting for 30 minutes after my appointment time that they were "running behind". It then took 3 weeks to get my contacts in at their location. When they did finally arrive, the order was incomplete. The staff told me that the remainder would be in on the following Tuesday. I had an exceptional experience at this Optical Outlet. The optometrist is thorough and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I had a good experience. The doctor was nice. The girls were nice. I wish they had more frame selection. Or maybe it’s just me unable to choose.
I purchased my reading glasses with insurance six months ago $400 , the frames I picked unfortunately keeps loosing the screw on one side, and falling from my face, second time the glass got scratched. I have taking them twice to be repaired, they don’t give any warranty. Went to pick up my prescription so I can pay somewhere else to have a new pair made, they gave me a prescription that is not legible, it looks like tha printer needs ink
