I purchased my reading glasses with insurance six months ago $400 , the frames I picked unfortunately keeps loosing the screw on one side, and falling from my face, second time the glass got scratched. I have taking them twice to be repaired, they don’t give any warranty. Went to pick up my prescription so I can pay somewhere else to have a new pair made, they gave me a prescription that is not legible, it looks like tha printer needs ink
Went there today for the first time. The staff was nice. They weren’t excited to be at work, but both ladies were super sweet. I had Doc Tom. And he was very kind and had some great recommendations. He was kind to the kids as well. I would recommend to anyone. It’s very low key and great if you don’t like high energy and/or fake customer service. The baby even had fun.
I have been going here for 3 years. The past year, the service and wait times are horrible. Charged for an eye exam and contact lenses fitting, yet they already have my contact fitting from years past. Just a way to over charge you. I have waited 5 weeks for new contacts and have yet to get someone to call me back to order them. Very poor service!
I wish there was a way to give negative stars. The staff is just plain rude and ignorant. Got an appointment for 1pm - didn't see the doctor till 2:25. The doctor was rude and condescending. I asked for contact lenses exam - I have been wearing contacts for 15 years and he just said -its extra money and gave me prescription for glasses only. Save your insurance for a better place. Trully one of the worst eye places I have ever been to
In late April my husband had an eye exam with the doctor and from that point on, the administrative employees had poor response. Will never return to this location. The University Location is where we purchased our glasses and are very happy with their responsiveness.
