Extremely unorganized staff. Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early as instructed. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I was advised the staff couldn't find my insurance provider information based off my insurance card and the doctor couldn't see me. I immediately got on the phone with the provider and two minutes later the OO employee advised me they have found my information. At this point it's 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment.
