I bought 2 pair of glasses from Optical Outlets Seminole. I only use a microfiber cleaning cloth for my glasses and after 5 months, 1 pair is showing scratches. I went to the store and showed the salesgirl and she told me the manager would call me before 5pm. The next day after NOT receiving a call from the manager, I went back and the salesgirl took my glasses to the manager in her office.
