I came in for an exam on 02/09/26 and sat with Amy, she sold me two pairs of glasses and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had getting glasses! She was beyond patient with me when helping me pick glasses, even with me being so indecisive and trying on almost every pair they have! When I return for new glasses again I will be sure to ask for Amy , 10/10 experience.
After my experience with the Optic Outlet in Lady Lake. Now I know why their rating is 3.5 out of a 5.0 The visit felt like you were purchasing a used car, with final price being hidden. Wait! It gets worse. One of the lenses fell out. My wife went to have them fixed. She was told the glasses were over four years old, and I would need a full eye exam and must purchase a new pair. I have used this office for 3 exams and several pairs of glasses. Doctor C and staff are great. Angela was extremely helpful today with a pair of glasses that needed to be corrected due to a lab mistakes. Will continue to use this office.6
Highly recommend. I had an emergency with contact lenses and they were extremely helpful here. I was greeted with a smile and they were so nice. I appreciate you all so much and I will definitely be coming back to order Glasses!
We've used Optical Outlets for a couple of years now. We've been to the Ocala office, but the Lady Lake office is closer so we tried there this year. My husband and child's eye exams went well, and my child got an accurate Rx and her glasses work well. However, when I picked up my Rx, the left lens was WAY too strong. The lens was visibly overly thick and everything was blurry, distorted, and double vision. I mentioned it when I put them on and was advised to give it a few days and come back if it was still wrong.
