Got 4 frames for my kids covered through their insurance, felt rushed the day of my kids appointment. When putting the order in for the glasses I asked the lady if I could purchase extra coverage (anti-glare, anti scratch, etc) she told me no, only what insurance covers. I thought that was odd. When I go to pick up the glasses, I asked again but a different lady, if I was allowed to add on these things the day of my appointment and she told me yes. My kids and I have been coming here for years. Everyone is always so pleasant. I’ve seen both doctors here. BOTH are amazing. Dr. Alycia is so patient with my 10 year old and she is an absolute sweetheart. Johnny did our checkout and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I’m always impressed that we are never there long. They always get us in and out in a timely manner.
I had an awesome experience at Optical Outlets and I highly recommend going here if you need glasses. Angela went the extra mile to assist me with picking out glasses and straightened out my existing glasses. I will be going back there soon to complete my order. Thank you Angela for all of your helpful and friendly service. I didn't catch the other tech's name but she was helpful too, thank you both!
My appointment was mixed up again and instead of turning me away they were able to squeeze my daughter in so she didn’t miss another day of school. So grateful!
Dr. Alycia Chiaramonti is wonderful! She truly cares about her patients and was very thorough without the exam taking forever. She was able to correct a very incorrect prescription give to me by Dr. Johannessen at the Optical Outlets in Leesburg. There is also a much better frame selection at the Lady Lake location than Leesburg.
