I want to give a shoutout to Johnny. He was extremely helpful from start to finish — answered all my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Had an appointment today. Candance and Angelia were both amazing. And gave excellent Customer Service. If you are in need of glasses. Go check them girls out. Also Dr. Chiaramonti was phenomenal. Had me in and out in a few minutes.

We were very satisfied with Optical Outlet in Lady Lake. Customer service was wonderful.Sara was very friendly. She was helpful. My husband and I picked the perfect glasses. Everyone was very helpful.

So glad I found Optical Outlets in Lady Lake. Thank you to Lisa for initial intake and Angela for the awesome follow-up and personalized customer care. I immediately felt comfortable, welcomed and by the time all was done, like we were old friends catching up! Angela assisted me with finding the perfect pair of glasses and she did not make the experience feel rushed, or that i was taking up her time. I highly recommend Angela and the team if you want personalized, friendly service at a great price!
