We went there recently and we felt unwelcome. We saw the front desk receptionist leave and she never came back. There was one person present. She informed us that she was limited since the doctor was not present. We had the prescription and the frame already. We just simply needed new lenses for that frame. On one hand, I would have accepted if she really can't help us. However she spent all of her attention helping a couple getting their glasses' order from their glare vs non glare to other aspects. We just left here and I gave it a one star because of the girl that helps you to pick out glasses. The eye doctor was great. She was good and very nice. The optical girl got a little snotty with us when I didn’t want to spend 100 some dollars for wire framed glasses out of pocket and I didn’t want to use the Insurance to get plastic glasses so she got snotty with me.
We walked in the door and was greeted with a smile by Johnny and he assisted us both with new glasses. He is so friendly and patient. He told us we would have our glasses within 2 weeks but a week later they were ready. When we went to p/u, we were greeted by Johnny again with his winning smile. The glasses fit perfectly and didn't need any adjustments. We will continue to use and recommend this company, and of course Johnny. Kathy Montgomery
Over charged! Charged $288.91. According to my insurance coverage i was responsible for $129.88. When I went to the store they told me to take it up with their billing department. They gave me a number to call and it keeps hanging up on me! Tried to phone store and message not available? I will have to travel back to store to find out what is going on!!. Run around!!
Everyone is so kind, friendly, and informative here. Angela was especially wonderful. She helped us pick the perfect frames, and the right set of lenses. I believe she went above and beyond helping. As it was hard for us to get up and down to look at frames. Angela asked for our preferences and gave us a great section to try on. The store is also very clean and easy to navigate.
