I was in optical outlet in lady lake recently. I was hesitant to go because the last few years I have been and I had not so nice people to deal with but now oh my goodness Amy and the eye doctor that has a very long name was so very nice and Angela D. I will definitely go back because of them. I am so happy
Progressives do not work for me, and bifocals did not give me enough mid-range vision for my needs. I was afraid there was nothing that would work for me, but Samantha was able to come up with a perfect solution. I now have just what I need. I highly recommend Optical Outlets. Large selection of frames, personalized service, good quality glasses at a reasonable price.
My experience here couldn't have been any better! They were ready for me at my appointment time and got me in and out in under thirty minutes. Furthermore everyone was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Definitely recommend!
I’m going to optical outlet for several years and I’ve never really had any problems with them. This is the only visit this last month that I had had problems. My left lens was like blurry when I looked through the Len, it was not in the socket properly, so I took it back to optical outlet to find out if they could fix the lens , the lady goes to back after 10 min she said I straighten the lens for you, but when I looked though lens it was same .just the way she looked at me. The worst service and the most terrible attention from the employees are at this optician. Just to ask if my glasses arrived, it takes 30 minutes for a simple yes or no. I do not recommend it. They are abusive to the patient. The worst optician in the area. On three occasions, the frames never arrive with the original box. 26 days for them to deliver my glasses. If I don't come, they never call. The service is horrible, the quality is worse, and they can never help you
