They Are So SLOW , needs more workers , ! It should not take 30 minutes just for you to pick up glasses. Everytime I come here the wait is a hr long . They are very inconsiderate of peoples time . I really wish they have a better way of handling their customers . I literally waiting 30 minutes for new glasses for them to tell them that I had to bring in my old ones , why am I’m turning in my old ones to turn in for the same ones if they are not damage or broken ? Good Customer Service, great variety of prescription glasses with different options
100% would not recommend this place. The flyer they send out is a lie. The frames are way more expensive than expected to the point where they have you set up payment plans. The frames are cheap, one of the two pairs I purchased broke within 2 weeks of owning them and the other pair is already scratched, again all within 3 weeks of owning the glasses. Great friendly and prompt service. Addressed all my concerns. Very helpful in providing what was affordable through my insurance plan.
Why do they have you sign when ,as today , I signed in and took a seat. Five minutes later, another signed in and waited at the doorway . As soon as an assistant was available this person that just signed walked to that assistant and took a seat. He was served as I was forced to wait. Looks like it pays to be a pushy person. Just get rid of the sign in sheet.
