My husband and i are retired and to save a few dollars we changed our insurance. one of the places that accepts our new vision insurance is that outlet in the mall. we looked around and i didn't find something i fell in love with until i spoke to the manager Sarah she had glasses on that i absolutely loved. speaking to her she said she did get them there a while back but the store no longer stocked them. 100% would not recommend this place. The flyer they send out is a lie. The frames are way more expensive than expected to the point where they have you set up payment plans. The frames are cheap, one of the two pairs I purchased broke within 2 weeks of owning them and the other pair is already scratched, again all within 3 weeks of owning the glasses. Excellent experience. Sara provided excellent customer service. Our glasses were ready in exactly a week. They have a good variety of frames and the quality of the lens are great. Would definitely recommend this place. Again, thank you Sara for your help!!
Sierra from store #33 was absolutely amazing! I can not exclaim what a pleasure she was to work with. She took the time to explain the process of how the polarised lenses work! I had a great experience!
Went there to get glasses and the process from walking in and to picking up the glasses was great! No issues, staff is nice, doc is funny. First time here but definitely will return.
