Horrible customer service, and they lied about ordering the wrong frames and refused to makes it right. NEVER take your business to these awful and dishonest people.
Let me count the ways the store could improve. The optician felt that it was much more important to open the mail for 15 minutes then to wait on two elderly customers, myself being one of those. The other lady complained after watching the young lady open mail for five minutes and was promptly told that she would be with her in a moment.
