Three years ago, I left a five star review. Now we're down to one! Don't believe the promise of your glasses within 7-10 days. My son and I both purchased glasses, after our eye exam, in the Oviedo Mall location. My son received his within a week and I got notification mine were in also. That was incorrect. I was told by the man who helped me when we picked up his that he would check and call me. I never got a call. On the 15th of this month, I took my daughter in for an appointment and had a fantastic experience. From the very beginning, Tre provided excellent customer service, assisting with scheduling and check-in. Miriam completed our visit seamlessly, ensuring a smooth setup, checkout, and ordering process for the glasses. The entire experience was outstanding! I scheduled my appt for 1st in the morning. Maybe a 5-10 minute wait. Dr. M the Optometrist is great. Polite, kind, and thorough. Listened, went over options, checked different things that had never been checked before at other locations The gentleman that helps with the Optometrist was also very polite and nice. I highly recommend the Optometrist! The eyeglass staff is horrible. Went to counter, no questions asked just gave me a total. Says Dr recommended these thin lenses. Still sitting in waiting room. Appointment was 50 minutes ago. I am walking out in 5 minutes. Place sucks! No one smiles they are all miserable.

Do not use Optical Outlets in Oviedo. They are ripping me off. My Initial exam was 11/26/24. 12/06/24 I went to pick up glasses (single vision for each - distance and reading glasses). Right lens on both pairs were distorted. Associate didn't bother to recheck the lenses. I was told I had to schedule a re-exam with the Dr. On 12/09/24 I did the re-exam. The Dr re-examined my eyes. He said the right lenses on both pairs were completely distorted but did not correct the lab order. He said he would speak with the manager to sen... read more
