I was able to make an appointment same day which was a plus. They also accept walk ins. We didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was nice. Miriam helped us with the glasses and checking out. She was very helpful and very nice. I will definitely go back.

It's a Thursday! 1 hour past appointment time. Still waiting. do not come here if you value your time. I can only imagine how backed up they are on the weekend if they are running over am not behind on. A weekday.

Marie at optical outlet was outstanding and also the doctor was wonderful Dr. William Mariano was excellent. Very thorough. This facility has excellent customer service.

Waited over an hour and a half just to be told by the doctor that my file was lost. I was offered two choices... keep waiting or don't come back. Safe to say I will never be back here again. There's a reason this place has negative reviews. Save time and go anywhere else but this place.

You know when you make a mistake you learn and boy did I learn. I booked an appointment at America's Best ONLY because I needed to get my eyes checked and Optical Outlets was about a week out. I checked in at 9:30, my appointed time, and waited about 5 minutes before I was directed back into a "holding area". All through it took about an hour before heading out with my scrip to look at frames.
