Went into the office bc I had an infection in my tear duct which is eye related, paid $69.00 for the visit even though my insurance states that a well visit copay is only $10. Was told by the technician because I used my insurance in April it won't cover the cost. Wow why would I pay for insurance that only covers me once a year? Was told by the doctor that she could not write me a prescription and told me to go straight to my family doctor to get a prescription for an antibiotic. All I can say is WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I was a week early for my appointment which was my fault. The manager Marissa said she would find a way to help me the same day. I only waited maybe an hour and I was ready to pick frames that quick. The only thing that I felt was a little pushy on was giving me time to explore the different frames. Dr. Bailey was excellent but the customer service/ lab work in the store is terrible. Went in on 5/11 had eye appointment and ordered two pairs of glasses. Sunglasses and standard. Both with hi index progressive bifocals. Sunglasses were to be mirrored grey polarized. Was charged 75 a pair for using my own frames. Most eye places do not have anything that fits me this place included. Was called on 5/17. Told they were ready to pick up. Went in on 5/18. Very polite,prompt and professional staff. Dr was thorough and communicated to me very clearly about the condition of my eyes. My Sale associate name was Tavaress and he was great, so thank you so much for a great experience.
The online appointment scheduling doesn't work properly and no one answers the phone or returns a call. Time to switch to a new provider for eye exams and glasses.
