They have changed everything drastically and have a wonderful new doctor. I am disabled with this service Animal and have not gotten glasses over four years. This will make me go every year.The Doctor is incredible.The staff is very helpful and i'm grateful for the girl that helped me at the end pick out my glasses. The eye doctor was cool...But there is too many people for that small ass building.. sense last year when I had my glasses made my left lens it's like I can't even see out of it and now it even worse... Can't say anything to than they blame it on your health or your condition.... People if you have money do yourself a favor and find other places to go get your eyeglasses and take your prescription to other eye doctor and have them check to make sure it is the right script..💯🎯🇺🇸
The techs, Marissa and Miranda were wonderful. Marissa helped me pick out my frames because I could not decide, even let me know that the frames had came down in price. Miranda was very nice the first time I went in to schedule my appointment. They called me later on and let me know I could come in even earlier than the appt. The optometrist, Michael did a great job. I have very sensitive eyes so a few of the exam parts were difficult but he didn't lose patience. Great experience.
So they told me to come in they could fix my glasses. Screw came out. Couldn’t fix it. Told me in the phone I had to come in in person to get my prescription so the doctor could sign it. I did dropped my glasses off. Can’t fix them told me to buy new ones. Gave me the wrong prescription. Had to tell them that isn’t my current prescription then was told they can’t give me a signed one. Wtf was the point of telling me I had to come in to get them then? Could’ve emailed me the non signed one. Terrible
Dr. Bailey was excellent but the customer service/ lab work in the store is terrible. Went in on 5/11 had eye appointment and ordered two pairs of glasses. Sunglasses and standard. Both with hi index progressive bifocals. Sunglasses were to be mirrored grey polarized. Was charged 75 a pair for using my own frames. Most eye places do not have anything that fits me this place included. Was called on 5/17. Told they were ready to pick up. Went in on 5/18.
