All I can say is WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I was a week early for my appointment which was my fault. The manager Marissa said she would find a way to help me the same day. I only waited maybe an hour and I was ready to pick frames that quick. The only thing that I felt was a little pushy on was giving me time to explore the different frames. Dr. Bailey was excellent but the customer service/ lab work in the store is terrible. Went in on 5/11 had eye appointment and ordered two pairs of glasses. Sunglasses and standard. Both with hi index progressive bifocals. Sunglasses were to be mirrored grey polarized. Was charged 75 a pair for using my own frames. Most eye places do not have anything that fits me this place included. Was called on 5/17. Told they were ready to pick up. Went in on 5/18. Very polite,prompt and professional staff. Dr was thorough and communicated to me very clearly about the condition of my eyes. My Sale associate name was Tavaress and he was great, so thank you so much for a great experience.
Absolutely horrible place. First I was given someone else's child's information. Then the doctor tried to tell me I was wrong and that walmart accepts my kids insurance. Nope..they sure don't. I was charged for contacts that my daughter can not even wear. I waa given glasses because of my age, not because i need them. She did not listen to me when I was explaining issues and just dismissed them. I had to make 2 separate trips just to get my glasses ordered and then had to pick them up and ive had to go back 2 more times f... read more
