Petrona was such an amazing help with me the two times i have been in this office with my kids. She has so much patience with us picking glasses. She has an amazing attitude I don’t have a single negative thing to say about her. So kind and thoughtful. I thank her for everything.
I've worn glasses over 40 yrs. These are the worse-made glasses I've ever bought. In the 3-4 months I've had these glasses I've only been disappointed and frustated.Thr lenses are dust magnets, cleaning is frustrating with the constant smearing and streaking. I have to repeatedly spray and wipe. Even rinsing in Luke warm water and wiping produces streaks and smearing. Going to them for assistance I had to leave after sitting over an hour waiting. Worse place ever. Terrible experience with everything (Doctor, Supervisor) Nobody cares about patients in this office they just care about how to make more money from you or the insurance (A totally rip-off). They did the vision exam and/or the glasses wrong 3 times to my mom (A senior) and then blame her instead of their horrible practice stating that she has a health condition (diabetes) when they are not doctors, and she is not.
