Thank you very much with Mercedes at optical outlet. I just can't explain how helpful and patient she is with me and with the insurance company. She should get a raise. She's just been wonderful. Read some reviews. Same experience as some others. Went to this shop since insurance was accepted. Overpriced pair of lenses, filed insurance and I still paid high amount. One lens was noticed to have scratches after 2 mo. Took it back to shop, was told I was cleaning incorrectly, paid $20.00 to replace lens ( this is with the extra insurance I paid for). Not a fan… Not only is the staff impatient but when I went back to get my New glasses adjusted The woman went in the back for about five minutes, brought them back out and had told me that they looked straight when I put them on. However, when I get home, I realize that is not the case I had gotten three pairs of glasses, all of which were incredibly crooked. It’s a shame because I live so far, so coming back out to get them readjusted for a second time is me going out of my way.
Experience was not good. My December 30 prescription was not correct. The senior Dr found the problem and corrected it. The store was not willing to work with me on the price even though it was their error. It appears that they removed my previous review.
They don’t care about customers waiting, they are take care of their personal stuff and ignore the customers. That’s frustrating…
