Petrona was such an amazing help with me the two times i have been in this office with my kids. She has so much patience with us picking glasses. She has an amazing attitude I don’t have a single negative thing to say about her. So kind and thoughtful. I thank her for everything.

I've been going to optical outlet for about 15yrs. The Dr. Are Knowledgeable and friendly the Customer Service they provide is the best. All the Girl's are Friendly! Polite and Very Outgoing! Knowledgeable Yanelis (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong) She is the Best from day 1 she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and helped me with my decision and my choice of my glasses. Do NOT bring your own frames here to get a prescription on them!!!! I took in a pair of brand new ray bans sunglasses to get prescription on them. When i picked them up the frame is all over scratched up. My brand new frames look like i have been using them for 2 years. I mean how messy do you have to be to completely scratch up the frames while putting prescription lenses on them.
