I've worn glasses over 40 yrs. These are the worse-made glasses I've ever bought. In the 3-4 months I've had these glasses I've only been disappointed and frustated.Thr lenses are dust magnets, cleaning is frustrating with the constant smearing and streaking. I have to repeatedly spray and wipe. Even rinsing in Luke warm water and wiping produces streaks and smearing. Going to them for assistance I had to leave after sitting over an hour waiting. This office gives misleading information on the telephone in regards to when you can visit the office and be taken care of. I was told as long as I arrived with my child and their prescription before 4pm there was no problem. Twice I drove 45 minutes to the store to be turned away that Doctor left for the day before 4pm?! Very unprofessional.
Petrona was such an amazing help with me the two times i have been in this office with my kids. She has so much patience with us picking glasses. She has an amazing attitude I don’t have a single negative thing to say about her. So kind and thoughtful. I thank her for everything.
Everytime i come here Mercedes is so kind and understanding of my needs! She makes my day whenever im there for my new eyewear ❤️ Highly recommend!
My experience with them was horrible. I dealt with about four different people in the office who all had very horrible attitudes .They wouldn’t change my glasses out and I was less than 30 days of having the glasses that I had to take back several times for real adjustments and they’re still defected, which their website states you can change within the 30 days. I don’t recommend them at all. If I could have gave them a zero I would have.
