Updated edit: I tried to phone the manager as requested and just got put into a phone chain that said it was busier than normal and would be a long wait.,.. Very busy and less than optimal! My husband and I tried this place , on Hillsborough ave. , since our insurance covered a yearly eye exam here. We had our eyes examined (that seemed fairly good) and bought contacts and glasses. The Dr. was awesome, very polite and professional. I couldn’t give them five stars because they are slow. Yes, it’s busy. However, that isn’t the issue. The employees spend a lot of time chatting among themselves. One, took a phone call while helping a customer. Plus, in the height of flu season there wasn’t a bottle of hand sanitizer in sight. Stop socializing and please help the people waiting or, wipe something down. Stay away from this place!!
I was waited on by FRANCISCO .. Francisco was very detailed and took his time making sure my needs were met in every was. Francisco is a true professional, I would recommend anyone to optical outlet, if your going to purchase glasses be sure in ask for Francisco .
