Updated edit: I tried to phone the manager as requested and just got put into a phone chain that said it was busier than normal and would be a long wait.,.. Very busy and less than optimal! My husband and I tried this place , on Hillsborough ave. , since our insurance covered a yearly eye exam here. We had our eyes examined (that seemed fairly good) and bought contacts and glasses. I was waited on by FRANCISCO .. Francisco was very detailed and took his time making sure my needs were met in every was. Francisco is a true professional, I would recommend anyone to optical outlet, if your going to purchase glasses be sure in ask for Francisco .
Customer service has gone downhill and it's like your basically treated like a number. Things used to be better but now it's no longer ran right. I ended up having to wait way longer than expected and then the lady who examined my eyes which is not the one who I wanted to examine my eyes didn't believe me when I said I was seeing double vision and one of the eyes and I don't fully think that they got the right vision in one of my eyes.
