Customer service has gone downhill and it's like your basically treated like a number. Things used to be better but now it's no longer ran right. I ended up having to wait way longer than expected and then the lady who examined my eyes which is not the one who I wanted to examine my eyes didn't believe me when I said I was seeing double vision and one of the eyes and I don't fully think that they got the right vision in one of my eyes. This place is a circus. Everybody acts like they’re on break. Doesn’t matter when you sign in if someone walks through the door. They walk on sit down not in the waiting area they just go right up sit at the disk boom there waited on. No nothing said to them about you have to sign in you can’t cut all these people.

I've been visiting Dr Weisbond for approximately 18 yrs. He used to be in Brandon. When I discovered he moved clear out to W Hillsborough & Lois Ave. ( i live in Seffner) I didn't hesitate to continue using him. His staff is always friendly & helpful. He has a very good rapport with both clients & staff. Thanks for your excellent service.
