I needed some new glasses after I accidentally stepped on my old ones so I went in. I was not too sure of what I wanted in that moment but the sales rep Erin was very helpful! I sat at her desk the entire time while she went and grabbed a bunch of glasses that she thought would look good on me. She’s very detail oriented and definitely takes into account the style of the glasses as well! I had a hard time picking what I wanted, but ultimately, I love my glasses. Definitely will come back next year!
I called to make an appointment, but the person at the front desk claimed they couldn't find my insurance. When I suggested bringing my insurance card with me, she said that’s not how it works and wouldn't make an appointment. I called another office right after, and they were able to verify my insurance and schedule an appointment within 10 minutes. I usually do not leave reviews, but as a business owner myself, I thought this might be something you'd want to know.
I've now bought three sets of glasses, both Progressive and sunglasses. To date, a top shelf Experience each time with Heidy. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and concerned for my satisfaction. Ed Bocchino
When my doctor told me to get an eye exam, I found that most of my family uses this location and are happy with the results. I now see why that is. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door and everything was set in motion. Heidy was my guide and it was a brisk paced tour de optics with 3 different exams and the eyeglass ordering process. Dr. Horowitz is a fantastic doctor - he is a very caring physician & I have been coming here since I was 13 years old, I'm now 18 but he cares & will go step-by-step with you & answer any questions that you may have. This doctor really cares about his patients & I can't thank him enough for the work that he does for the people both in & out of Carrollwood.
