The place was nice, although it looked more like an office than a shop. A young blonde woman was very quick and easy to deal with, the other brunette was an electric pole. They don't explain or detail the price. It cost me 550 plus 300, it's a rip-off and they don't give you a receipt. It was fast. I received my glasses in a matter of a week and they don't adjust them. They give them to you in a bag and get lost, we've already beaten you. I recommend it, but be prepared to be exploited for the price.
Regular shmegular visit, definitely needs TLC on the front facade outside and what not, looks dingy and dirty, you wouldn’t think or expect an optometrist office looking like that from the outside. The inside is clean, somewhat organized, and with decently improbable customer service experience.
Outstanding customer service, fast and reliable, prices are very good plus they have monthly payments plans. I am very satisfied with the Workmanship and the frames selection. A 5 ⭐ well deserved.👏👍👍
I had an excellent experience with everyone at Optical Outlets. I was referred to them by my insurance provider. I was able to get right in for an appointment and the service was outstanding for all the people who represent this facility. When I made the appointment the woman on the phone even offered some information for the location! I love this place! I already have prescription and information there, always order and go by there to pick up my contacts. Bought my glasses there before and they did amazing jobs! Always receive great service by the staffs and doctors. I was treated with care by the doctor and staffs treated with respect. Been going there for four years now.
