We have been going here for several years with my son and it's always been quick and to the point. This time we went and had an amazing lady named Iris help us with some frames. My son is autistic and very particular about glasses, we always order the exact same frames BUT she was able to open him up to other options and he ended up ordering not one but 3 pairs of glasses that were completely outside his comfort zone. Noone has ever spent so much time helping us and it was wonderful to finally experience that.
Doctors are fantastic. STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!! Waited 40 minutes after the exam for somebody to tell me what the budget was with insurance and to help with glasses. When I brought this to the Beth's attention she completely ignore me. Not even an apology for the wait. Plus they recently mixed all of the frames together instead of having them seprated by price range. Another way to waste your time.
Staff for optical sales just want to make a quick buck. Picked a pair of glasses that was covered under insurance with approx $15 overage. My when checking out they automatically added in a $34 protection plan which I didn’t want stating that it’s mandatory and it’s their policy to add it in. After paying I realized that I was just fooled. I returned an asked to see the policy and where it states it’s mandatory and asked it that is true or not. Iris Was really nice and helpful, she went out of her way and made sure we was comfortable when trying on contacts for the first. I especially appreciate how encouraging and patient she was with my daughter.
Great experience! Was quick and fast, we were helped my Iris and she made the selection process so easy and fast pace. She guided me to get some great glasses and gave me feedback on contacts that truly helped educate me while still feeling comfortable. Would recommend working with her if you visit here!
