Tell me if it’s normal to spend three and a half hours at an eye appointment. Tell me if it’s normal to sit across from a representative who barely knows what’s happening, who stares blankly, who practically falls asleep at the desk. I take my entire family to this office and typically they provide great service and customer care. If this review was two visits ago; it would’ve been all 5 stars. Today the only reason they have one star from me is one thousand percent because of prior services. If it wasn’t for that; I would’ve gave them any stars. Very rude. Very dismissive. Extremely long Wait time. And I was given the run around. Not all staff. But it only takes one to spoil a bunch.
This has been my spot for many years! I love, love, love, my new eyeglasses! Dr. Glasser is so kind, compassionate and empathetic! He is the best Eye Doctor that I have ever seen! I always try to get an appointment with Dr. Glasser every year because I always receive the perfect prescription from him! When he prescribes my glasses, I do not get headaches from them! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially, Beth. She assisted me in finding a good pair of glasses. She critiqued me as wore sample to see which one was complimentary to my face 🙂. She was so sweet 🙂
We have been going here for several years with my son and it's always been quick and to the point. This time we went and had an amazing lady named Iris help us with some frames. My son is autistic and very particular about glasses, we always order the exact same frames BUT she was able to open him up to other options and he ended up ordering not one but 3 pairs of glasses that were completely outside his comfort zone. Noone has ever spent so much time helping us and it was wonderful to finally experience that.
