Tell me if it’s normal to spend three and a half hours at an eye appointment. Tell me if it’s normal to sit across from a representative who barely knows what’s happening, who stares blankly, who practically falls asleep at the desk. Tell me if it’s normal to leave an appointment not knowing what I just paid for. This was a disgrace to every visit I’ve had here before. No accountability. No urgency. No professionalism. Dr. Aseeya Inshan is truly amazing! She was incredibly sweet and patient with both my son and me. She went above and beyond by staying later in the day just to help us with an eye form for my son's baseball team. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication didn’t go unnoticed—we’re so grateful for her care!
Worse service ever, if I could give a zero I would. I just wanted to know my prescription so I can order my glasses online. All day transfers, hanging up phone. Rude call center reps. And I still have not received my prescriptions
I take my entire family to this office and typically they provide great service and customer care. If this review was two visits ago; it would’ve been all 5 stars. Today the only reason they have one star from me is one thousand percent because of prior services. If it wasn’t for that; I would’ve gave them any stars. Very rude. Very dismissive. Extremely long Wait time. And I was given the run around. Not all staff. But it only takes one to spoil a bunch.
This has been my spot for many years! I love, love, love, my new eyeglasses! Dr. Glasser is so kind, compassionate and empathetic! He is the best Eye Doctor that I have ever seen! I always try to get an appointment with Dr. Glasser every year because I always receive the perfect prescription from him! When he prescribes my glasses, I do not get headaches from them!
