I want to start off by saying I have been coming to this place ever since I was a little kid. I have never had a bad experience. I want to be thankful for this place for giving me the best customer service. Today I came for an emergency occasion before work and I needed frames and Hanah who has been helping me ever since was able to solve my problem right away. This been multiple times and I always leave with a smile on my face. Thank you optica express and their staff for your service !
I wish there was a negative rating, I went there for prescription and they made me their marketing victim,when I clearly say I need only the prescription the lady spend 15-20 minutes to try the progressive, I feel very uncomfortable the moment I try that and she asked me to try give it a try for a week or two, now I get back in one week and I was told it was made for you and they cannot exchange nor do the refund, it really hurt my eye wearing those glasses and I pay more than 250 for nothing, I just trashed my money to thei... read more
I’ve been a patient for 20+ years. Very professional and patient. I love the optometrist but beware of the Saturday doctors. First time ever did I not trust a doctor and we actually had a disagreement. But then There was an older gentleman attending on Saturday and he was so amazing and caring. I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name. It was a year ago just about and I’m getting forgetful lol any one who feels they can be serviced and treated better should always voice their opinion.
