Exceptional service every time, I’ve been coming here since the age of 7 years old when I got my first pair of glasses. I always make it my business to give them my business when it’s time for new glasses. Shout out to the staff and new manager I appreciate the knowledge on lenses, truly a staple to the neighborhood !

I've been coming here (on/off) since 2015. Their staff , including some doctors, have changed over the years since I first started coming here as a patient. Regardless, I always feel like I'm part of a "family". They remember you, they're happy to see you, their prices are reasonable, and they take walk-in's (as long as doctor is there). This store is a classic in the area and I've gone here ever since I was a kid for my glasses. They are always going above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my glasses, even though I always bring my own frames from elsewhere. Even months after the initial work is complete, I can always come back with my glasses and they'll fix them right up for me, and they are always straight with me about the features will work for me and what will not; it's hard to find that kind of attention elsewhere. I visited Optica Express on the morning of March 13 and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to write a review. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The atmosphere was warm, organized, and very professional.
