I had a really great experience with them when I got invisalign a long time ago. I have since moved away and wanted to get an extra set of the final retainers to wear at night to keep my teeth straight. The office told me that my account was "inactive" and that I would have to get new molds done if I wanted new retainers. I went to a different orthodontist who had to strong arm them into giving up my files, and the new orthodontist was able to use my files to get me new retainers without making me take new molds
Dr O’Keiff is wonderful! We are thrilled with the progress that has been made with the expander/braces. Any questions or concerns we’ve had were quickly addressed and resolved. It is easy to make appointments. Dr O’Keiff and her staff have a kind bedside manner and we are very pleased with our decision to use O’Keiff Orthodontics. Highly recommend.
Dr.O and her entire staff are incredible! This is my third time around with corrective orthodontics (two times with braces and this time Invisalign) and my third orthodontist. This was a FAR better experience from clarity in pricing, kindness and professionalism of the staff and Dr.O herself takes the time to answer any questions and makes sure you an informed of the process along the way. This is the place to go.
O’Keiffs is a fabulous office, soup to nuts, to how you are greeted, to how your billing and questions are answered and the skills of the staff!!!
