I had a great experience with Dr. O and his dental assistant. I was very nervous as I always am seeing the dentist, but since my daughter raves about him I decided to give them a call. They were able to fit me in the next day. By the time I showed up, my Insurance info had been verified and i was quickly taken back. He was very comforting and informative and made me feel at ease. I absolutely love Dr. O! Came in for a filling, ended up needing 7. I get horrible anxiety with dental work and he and the staff did everything they could to make me feel relaxed. The woman at the front desk is bubbly and super sweet too! Overall, I love this dentist office, so much so that I’ll be bringing my two kids here as well. I highly recommend O Family Dentistry!
Highly recommend!! Excellent customer service from each and every staff member! I got two teeth extracted yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with my procedure. It was my first visit but I definitely will be back for all dental work!
DR. O, Amy & ALL of his staff were EXTREMELY welcoming and helpful the moment I walked through the door. They were all great with making sure I was comfortable and informed on everything they were going to be doing for my visit. I was referred to this office and now I will be a lifelong patient of O Family dentistry. Today was my first appointment and can't wait to go back for the next one. I left the office very satisfied and more knowledgeable than when I walked in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Dr. Irabor Okogbo and his staff are wonderful! Him and his dental assistant are very professional super gentle too! I had x-rays done, a filling, and impressions, and I am so happy with their service!
