Went for an eye appointment yesterday. Everything was fine until the retinal imaging. The technicians were professional and patient, then some guy suddenly took over. I’m not sure if he was an assistant or a tech, but he was obviously inexperienced. I was fine with that since I wasn’t in a rush, but he was rough and kept making excuses. Love this place , I come here for my skin my leg and my daughter come here for her eyes .. Josh is amazing!! He's the nicest and friendliness one there honestly! when he's always makes me feel welcome ! Im never uncomfortable! .. idk what is his position is at this office but it seems like he dose everything!! . Think ,I seen him fixing a water machine .. then making appointment 😌 training ppl .. and he has great costumer service 👏

Took both my parents here for ophthalmology a few weeks ago —great experience! Josh at the front desk was an incredibly polite young man, efficient and resourceful; getting them seen at the same time despite how busy the clinic was. We truly appreciated his help!

Great office. Very helpful, clean and patient. Had a great experience with Dr Zhao. She’s very polite, patient, and caring. Will bring my family and friends to see her next time. Highly suggested 🫡👍🏽

Today was my first time seeing a eye doctor there. Great experience. Everybody was very nice and patient with me when I asked them things that I didn't understand.
