I honestly don't know how this establishment and Dr. Siu has such good reviews with how disorganized and non communicative it is. The only good thing was the wait time. I came here based on the reviews and I saw Dr. Siu. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to pay my co-pay. I asked if I could pay afterwards and the front desk said it's preferred to pay first. Why would anyone pay first before services are rendered? Then an assistant did an intake on me.
