I saw Dr. Do for an eye check up / optometry appointment and had an exceptional experience. She was extremely thorough with my assessment and was so thoughtful with addressing all my questions. I have never had such a positive experience with a doctor explaining everything so comprehensively. Thank you so much Dr. Do!

Went for an eye appointment yesterday. Everything was fine until the retinal imaging. The technicians were professional and patient, then some guy suddenly took over. I’m not sure if he was an assistant or a tech, but he was obviously inexperienced. I was fine with that since I wasn’t in a rush, but he was rough and kept making excuses. He pressed my head hard while operating the machine. His shots failed but he blamed ME, saying I should’ve spoken up. This clinic appears to be well organized. I had my first eye exam done here and I am very disappointed to find out how wrong my prescription was. It was off by almost -1. This is ridiculous. I don't think they have experienced optometrist.

Dr. Do and her team are incredible. They are professional and listen to help ease any concerns, the receptionists are all extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic for any ophthalmology needs!
