Went for a routine eye exam and consultation with Dr. Tseng. I have to say my overall experience with the facility and staff was amazing. Everything went smoothly from getting registered to being seen and ending the visit with follow up visits. The medical staff was patience with patients and was very thorough with prepping patients. I saw Dr. Do for a routine eye exam and had a fantastic experience. The whole process from registration to examination went super smoothly and quickly. Dr. Do was thorough and professional throughout and addressed all of my questions thoughtfully - she really knows her stuff! I would highly recommend NY Partners and Dr. Do!
I had an eye emergency on a Sunday on a holiday and was desperate to get in with an eye place. I googled what places were open and this place popped up. They were 2 hours from closing and immediately got me an appointment. I got in and was seen right away. Dr. Ren the provider that saw me was fantastic. I saw Dr. Do for an eye check up / optometry appointment and had an exceptional experience. She was extremely thorough with my assessment and was so thoughtful with addressing all my questions.
