For the past 5-10 yrs I had throbbing pain in my right shoulder that I couldn’t deal with anymore and constant pain in my left shoulder due to osteoarthritis. I had right shoulder surgery to repair badly torn rotator cuff last April of ‘23. I just had total shoulder replacement of my left shoulder this past February ‘24.
