First I called out from work on Thursday because I couldn't walk. Alisha took care of me immediately at set me up for an appointment that day. She was extremely nice and professional. When I arrived both ladies at the reception desk were wonderful. I felt comfortable being there. Dr. Ducey took good care of my mom years ago and Dr. Parks took great care of me also some time ago. I had a wonderful experience with the Doctor For my first visit, I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. I fell and shattered my wrist. Nutley orthopedic group did not care that I was not a regular patient of theirs and they saw me immediately. They were compassionate, professional, and thorough. My surgery was quick and I was soon to be on the road to heal. Love them!!
Professional. Personable. Smart. Drs. Ducey & Parks are outstanding! Staff is outstanding! Resolved all of my injuries. Organized knee hematoma diagnosed. C5C6 cervical spine pain diagnosed.
