This was my first visit and I was very sad that my orthopedist had retired. However, from the moment I walked in the door, I could feel the warmth of the lovely women behind the desk as they greeted me with their lovely smiles and great costumes! That was fun! Then I was helped to the exam room so graciously by a lovely woman who offered to help me as I was not walking well. The staff were very nice , courtesy, and very professional. EvenDr. Parks made me feel comfortable and safe in the office. If I could give them more then 5 stars on here it would be an extra 5!! Thank you very much !!
First I called out from work on Thursday because I couldn't walk. Alisha took care of me immediately at set me up for an appointment that day. She was extremely nice and professional. When I arrived both ladies at the reception desk were wonderful. I felt comfortable being there. Dr. Ducey took good care of my mom years ago and Dr. Parks took great care of me also some time ago. My experience is always great! 2 days ago. The customer service is excellent. Everyone in the office is always so nice and the office is modern and always clean. The doctors is also nice as well. This is one of the best doctor offices I’ve been to.
I had a wonderful experience with the Doctor For my first visit, I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. When it came time for my injection, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I was nervous at first, but his calm and reassuring approach helped me relax—and the injection went smoothly.
