The staff were very nice , courtesy, and very professional. EvenDr. Parks made me feel comfortable and safe in the office. If I could give them more then 5 stars on here it would be an extra 5!! Thank you very much !!
First I called out from work on Thursday because I couldn't walk. Alisha took care of me immediately at set me up for an appointment that day. She was extremely nice and professional. When I arrived both ladies at the reception desk were wonderful. I felt comfortable being there. Dr. Ducey took good care of my mom years ago and Dr. Parks took great care of me also some time ago. I had a wonderful experience with the Doctor For my first visit, I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. When it came time for my injection, he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I was nervous at first, but his calm and reassuring approach helped me relax—and the injection went smoothly. Front desk is always polite and pleasant. Quick xrays. Dr. Femino is the best. Takes time to listen and gave me the injections I needed. Very pleased.
I've been with Doctor Ducey for over 2 years for multiple body parts due to my rheumatoid arthritis, all the staff is extremely friendly, very easy to work with & very knowledgeable, they also OFFER PLEATED RICH PLASMA / PRP shots which not orthopedic office offers and to top it off...they are at the best rate across multiple counties.
