Dr. Basi and his team were excellent (Sierra, Charity and Maya). His team gave me concise and complete information up front as I was determining where to have my tooth extraction -- including specific pricing. This pricing was confirmed when I arrived for my initial evaluation and extraction. Dr. Basi took his time and explained everything to me. I can't say enough positive things about NorthernStar! My 11-year old son broke his jaw in a scooter accident. Dr. Chavez performed the reconstructive surgery at Children's Hospital and did an incredible job!! My son was in little to no pain. We had a minor incident with a rubberband breaking off the wires and NorthernStar fit us in promptly to have it replaced (plus demonstrated how to do it and gave us the required tools). Dr. Chavez has performed several surgeries for me, and all have gone smoothly. The location is great, too- not super busy, but easy to get to. Would recommend!

I must say both Dr. Chavez and Dr Basi are gifted. I have had extractions done by both and they are magicians. They make it so easy and manage my comfort like masters.

I was referred here by my dentist and I couldn’t be happier with the service. All of the staff were kind helpful informative and caring. Went here to remove my wisdom teeth and can honestly say that I had no fear or anxiety going into the procedure. Would definitely recommend!
