The clinic is clean and the doctor is great. However, I've been trying to get my glasses for over six months now. Despite multiple visits, I keep being told to come back in a week or two. Each time, they promise to text me when the glasses are ready—but not once have they followed through. As of now, I still haven't received my glasses. At this point, I may have to visit again just to request a refund, cancel the insurance claim, and start over somewhere else. As always my appointments are always pleasant. From the time I walk in until I leave. Again, Fernando is always thorough with the different over the counter eyes drops that can be used to help with my symptoms of dry eye and always offers any free samples of eye products that may be of help to me. And Dr. Bush, is wonderful she has put me as ease regarding all of my dry eye symptoms. This practice has a fantastic selection of all of the latest and greatest eyewear. I love that it's right across the street from a huge parking lot, and they are amazing when it comes to squeezing me in for last minute appointment. Trying out the meta AI glasses for the first time and it's been an awesome experience.
I have been a patient at NJ Eye and Ears for several years, consistently receiving respectful treatment and feeling at ease during my visits. My loyalty to this practice has never resulted in any difficulties when scheduling appointments, and the accommodations provided are quite reasonable. I was having severe eye pain and difficulty seeing all of the sudden. I needed and eye doctors appointment immediately and they saw me that afternoon. When I got there and explained what was going on they made me feel heard and gave me every test to put my mind at ease that nothing was wrong with my vision.
