The scheduling at this office (ent) was extremely frustrating. My appointment was cancelled then reschedule, then I was given conflicting times — first 2:30 PM, then 2:25 PM. When I called to let them know I might be five minutes late, the woman on the phone was rude, short, and hung up on me. After 15 years of excellent experience, yesterday during my registration process, I asked the receptionist for my visit co-pay fee, she abruptly responded to me that "I have to wait because she was busy". I understand that visiting busy doctor's office like yours, I'm not the only patient to take of, but another thing is to be disrespectful and rude. Build up a business reputation takes years of hard work, destroy it takes seconds.

I was skeptical going here but so far receptionists were kind and hard at work, assistant was professional and know what they are doing, and doctor is knew right away what was wrong with me. Doctor MacPherson is top-notch and gave me what I needed and is there to help. This is good quality.

I recently visited Eye and Ear, and it was truly an excellent experience. The place was clean, organized, and very welcoming. The service was outstanding, and the staff were kind and professional. The doctors were amazing — they listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Eye and Ear to anyone looking for quality care and excellent service

The reception staff was friendly and attentive. My examination with Dr. Bush went well; she was very observant and patiently explained all the information I wanted regarding my examination. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bush's services to my family and friends.
