Dr. Hicks and his staff are more than amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their journey to a better smile. He is beyond thorough. Dr. Hicks is an amazing orthodontist. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. He treats all his patients like family. Appointment times are accommodating to work schedules and the staff moves efficient and fast if you’re have to be in and out between breaks. I love my new smile and received many compliments.
Dr. Hicks is so exceptional that I scheduled regular trips back from Memphis just to continue care! Thankfully, we are back in Houston. He isn’t the closest ortho to us, but he’s the only one I trust. Highly recommend!
