Very chill atmosphere with the friendliest staff! My anxiety of the dentist has never been tamed like it was here. Not pushy at all, and they are gentle. Highly recommend and I will be going back :)
Years ago I had a bad ice skating incident, involving many stitches and quite a lot of jaw pain. My parents set up a first appointment with them as my children’s dentistry was not fully equipped to address such an issue. After a long 9 months in a jaw splint (which they were able to make entirely inside my mouth so it wasn’t so visible), I had no jaw pain and a much better bite than I had before. Visited Branin for a second opinion and was so impressed with the visit that I decided to make them my primary dentist. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Phan took the time to go over all my X-rays and pictures to answer every question I had with a very thorough explanation. Highly recommend!
I just had my first visit at BCD and I am so impressed! The hygienist was so kind and thorough. She made some recommendations for care that I feel really good about! Dr. Phan was incredibly professional and very honest about what I do (and don’t) need regarding my oral care. I am very confident in the care I received today and will definitely be back!
Finding a new dentist is always stressful! Luckily, the entire staff at Branin made me feel totally at ease with the switch. From the initial appointments request, they have been kind and have clearly communicated with me. The appointment itself is efficient with excellent patient care. As a bonus, they are really upfront about cost and necessity of procedures, so I always feel comfortable and capable of making informed decisions.
