Very pleased with my first visit to New Day Dentistry! Dr. Qadi, Michelle, and Jaime were all a pleasure to interact with and I appreciate the excellent treatment, care, and communication. I have been a patient at this office on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have raised serious concerns regarding both professionalism and quality of care. To begin, I waited approximately 30 minutes in the waiting room before being seen—this is now the third time this has occurred. I have extreme dental phobia and rarely go to the dentist. I broke a tooth and had to deal with it. I had to find a new dentist. By chance I called New Day and they were able to get me in very quickly. I can't say enough how lucky I got by finding Dr. Qadi. She was patient, gentle, understanding of my phobia/anxiety and she worked quickly! I've never had a dentist experience like this. She had to numb my mouth. Dentist and clinical team have always been perfectly good, but their billing department is a mess. I paid a balance left over after my insurance at my last visit, only to be told I never paid it and had to pay it again. Absolutely infuriating. I’ll be finding a new dentist asap.

I booked a dental cleaning appointment with them for the first time, and my insurance covers all costs. However, instead of cleaning, they decided to take x-rays. Afterwards, they said they usually don't clean on the first visit! Why didn't they tell me this over the phone? I wasted my time. On top of everything, they gave me a bill because my insurance didn't cover the X-rays they decided to take for no reason, and they sent me to the collection office. 👎👎👎👎
