Very pleased with my first visit to New Day Dentistry! Dr. Qadi, Michelle, and Jaime were all a pleasure to interact with and I appreciate the excellent treatment, care, and communication. This was certainly an individualized experience in which the entire staff took their time and treated me as if I had been a patient for years! First off, Im a 36 year old double stroke victim. I need exceptions, especially during the winter. I got a letter from my insurance in August that said the doctors no longer accepted my insurance. Devastated I called, explaining how disappointed I was and how grateful I was for their services and they said: Yes it's unfortunate. Now mind you, this has been a year+ of being a patient. After all the dental neglect, I finally have a concrete understanding of my oral hygiene. I am nearly done with my dental plan and finally have some peace. I've never had a dentist or dental hygienist that obviously cared about their job before. You can tell that these professionals are in their field because they love the work and they want to help people. I give Dr. Yasmeen Qadi and her team my highest recommendation and would give them 10 stars if I could. Having had a traumatic dental incident in my childhood, I've never been comfortable about having dental work done. Dr. Qadi and her staff made me feel comfortable from the first call. They jumped through hoops during several treatments to ensure I was at ease and as comfortable as possible.
