Wish I can give zero stars, place is a mess. Back in November my son was put on a ASAP list which he needed to get seen for an emergency. They said they would let us know whenever one becomes available or if someone cancels. Never heard back from them , we needed up having to go somewhere else. When neon kids dental first opened, they were awesome. They had a couple dentists and they were really good with kids and amazing and the dentist who’s there is still an amazing dentist, but they’re having issues with office. They’re having issues having a dentist on hand for the week, they only have a dentist on Friday and they are awful about reminding or calling you about an appointment. The environment is not child-friendly. The front staff is rude and unwelcoming, creating a negative atmosphere that can be uncomfortable.
Brought my 2 year old for a cleaning. Staff was absolutely amazing with him. He left the dentist smiling. That's how I wish every office visit he had went. Definitely happy parents with the service they provided.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience at Neon Kids Dental to help other parents make informed decisions. I brought my 7,5 and 3-year-old for a visit, and unfortunately, we had several concerns. The staff seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain procedures clearly, either to me or my child.
